N-Sider reports that Hirofumi Matsuoka, creator of the Super Mario Land, Wario Land, Mario Paint, Wario Ware, Metroid, Kid Icarus, and Balloon Fight series and games, has left Nintendo to join another former Nintendo employee, Hirokazu "Hip" Tanaka at Creatures, Inc.  Of course, Creatures is highly associated with Nintendo and Pokemon, so he's likely to continue work on Nintendo games.

Just cause he's not around anymore doesn't mean Mario Paint DS can't still be a reality. His company could potentially develop MPDS without his consent.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.
