The first ??? shine sprite is found after collecting the 8 red coins in the secret of ricco tower.  The other is found by beating the race in episode 2 under 40 seconds.

Here are all of the ??? shine locations:

-Bianco Hills- Both shines are found by doing the red coin challenges for both 'secret of' levels (3&6).

-Ricco Harbor-Scroll up

-Gelato Beach-The red coin challenge on the secret of the sand castle (1).  There's another on the dune bud that makes decending stairs.  Spray the back wall of it to reveal a picture of a shine sprite.

-Pinna Park-Red coin challenges on both of the 'secret of' episodes(2&6).

-Sirena Beach-Red coin challenges on both of the 'secret of' episodes (2&4).

-Noki Bay-There's one gold bird up on a palm tree.  Spray it enough times to make it turn into a shine sprite.  The other is a red coin challenge on episode 6.

-Pianta Village-Red coin challenge on episode 5.  The other is found by climbing to the top stand of the large, center tree and spraying at the sun.

Did this help?

Oh come on, ain't no reason to use bad words, even if they're starred out.
