The Baron: Gah!  Sorry!  I didn't even notice that I did that.  I love your picture.  It's very kool and make K Rool look better in my opinion.

At first I didn't understand why people are getting so upset, but if it was me I might feel the same way.  If I keep this up, I'll have plenty of new enemies in no time! *quickly scribbles something down in a handy dandy notebook*

Yes and yes.  I own all 3 of the DKCs and DKC2 is my favorite.  I meant that I want a sequel that "feels" just like 2 and has Diddy and Dixie but new levels and bosses.  DKC2: The Lost Levels!

Back to the museum!

No kidding.  I loved the pirate theme, fast-moving action, barrel cannon challenges, animal buddies, rollercoaster races, the sword boss Kleever, secret levels, and sweet music.  I think I beat that game at least 3 or 4 times.  If there was sequel to that game that played just like it, I would get it right away.  I hope that it will be exactly the same on the virtual console.

Yeah, isn't kissing like what happens when a bee takes pollen from a flower? XP

It's not really a strong conviction, just a thought.  I mostly want to stay away from the type of kissing that could lead to other things (otherwise it might not be a big deal).  But let's not get into that subject. ;^_^

Well, if Lizard Dude can kiss a girl, then I bet I could!  Wearing glasses is like the same amount of uncoolness as lacking a personality!

Hahahaha!  For some reason I found that pretty funny.  As for myself... wellp, I'm 36 years old and never kissed no one but my good ol' dog, Bubba.  It don't matter none.  No big deal.

Actually, I'm not 35 and don't have a dog named Bubba. XD But I really haven't kissed a girl before (unless you count the number of times that Princess Toadstool has kissed me after I rescued her).  But I do have a picture of a girl kissing me while we sat on a couch. :)  We were both really young but it was still cute.

I wish I had some good advice to give, but my own convictions have dried up any experience I could tell you about.  My goal is to try and wait to kiss a girl as long as I can, possibly until marriage.  I'm sure this sounds rediculous and old-fashioned (and it even sounds that way to me!) but I want to make it special for my wife. (Plus, I don't have any nerve to even think of doing that during a date! XD)  I think that if someone of the opposite sex kissed me and then later we broke up and they got a new date, I would feel even worse about that.  I don't know how all girls would take that though.  I feel a poll coming soon. >_>

But as for you... I think I would let the girl make the first move just to be safe.  Then you can have more of an excuse to kiss her!  However, if both of you wait for each other or don't want to then... uh... it's up to you I guess.  It's not the end of the world if you choose the wrong time but it could be a little embarrassing.

So, in summary, I hope that my something came out of my random rambling.  Maybe the internet has some good advice.  Good luck whatever happens!

Awesome!

I'm excited because I just invented a super powerful pie-throwing machine!  It has eight metal arms with gloves on the ends that hold the pies, and the center of the machine has a conveyor belt that carries hundreds of tasty pies to the gloves that then throw them around like crazy!!  I'm going to show it to the gang at Nintendo to see if they want to use it for a mini-game in Mario Party 8 for Wii.  Let's see if it still works... oops!  LOOK OUT!  YAAAAAHHHHHHH!! *dives down and pies go flying everywhere and hit everyone in the thread* Game Over.

It says the file is too large. What should I do?

You could edit the picture with Windows Paint.  Open the picture for editing, click on "Image" near the top of the window, click "Stretch/Skew", and then select the size you want.  I would rename it if you want to save this and keep the old one too.

Didn't Luigison once say he was going to put Mario magnets on his teaching board?  If he didn't, then I'm going to sound pretty dumb. ^___^

Bird Person: Grammar Queen? *snickers* Heh... what the dukar?

McDonalds has MPT toys now?! *drives straight to Micky D's*

Luigison, did you have a baby?  Congratulations!  Is it a boy or girl?  What did you name him/her?  Mario?  Luigi?  Peach?  Toadette?

Sure.  Just edit your post, click on additional options, browse your computer for the picture, make any changes so it will work (like switch it to JPEG), and there you have it!  If your picture isn't on your computer you probably want to scan it, take a digital picture, or push it into the screen with all your might.

Edit: Man, she beat me to it while I was still typing!  Foiled again.

I need to stop returning here so quick. *walks out of the museum*

MaxVance: Yep, they did!  I just scanned the letter before I sent it so I could keep the copy.  I also did a bunch of other letter artwork too but it's not as good.

Bird Person: Nice lego work!  I should have tried to make those things.  Maybe it's not too late.

Ah, that's what's inside the castles!  I thought that there was a bed in there and he just took a nap.  Or maybe it was a big porta potty because he had to go so frequently. XD

Wow.  I'm kinda jealous!  But why did you have to kill Tingle?!  He didn't deserve it!!

Now it is time for... a random story about Legos. When I was a kid, I loved to play with Legos.  We had a giant bucket of them and I would dump them across the floor and spread them out to find things faster.  I loved to build marble mazes--little structures that you could tilt to make a marble move around it.  Just take one lego platform, stick a bunch of long 4-piecers on it to make walls, make a two-piece gap between them, and you're set for endless fun!  I made paths, bridges, ramps, two- and three-story structures, and even manual eleveators!  That had to be one of my favorite childhood memories, and it taught some things about myself. (This is why I got so upset when someone made fun of Legos here XD)

I also used to enjoy drawing Mario and DKC characters too, even though I wasn't very good.  A couple years ago I made a drawing that I really liked and is still my favorite.  It's a picture of SMRPG characters on a letter sent to Nintendo Power (and scanned it before I sent it so I still have the copy today)  I intended to put this up in SMB Info Station, but put it off forever.  But now... ladies and gentlemen... here it is!

Some parts of this picture I'm not happy with.  I should have made Yaridovich's tail longer, Smithy's hammer face the other way, not make Mario have cross eyes, and make the G on RPG bigger, etc.  And what's with that black star I drew?  Besides those things, I really like this.

Inspiration has spoken to me yet again... but what will come of it now?  Just how unique shall this topic be of present?  Who shall approve of it and who shall reject?  I am torn between brightest joy and bleakest dread from the possibilities that may arise forth of my keystrokes.  Have I erred on my part that I shall regret for the better of my dear life?  Who cares?

Oh yeah... this is about art, not poetry.  Have you ever made a great work of art?  It can be anything from clay, pottery, sculptures, paintings, and drawings to quilts, creative music, lego structures and anything else that society will somehow accept.  Show us pictures of what you made and tell us all about it, or just tell us if you can't get pictures.  It doesn't even have to be good, it can just be rediculous (like the leaning tower of cheese-a!)  I'm excited to see what you have to show.  "I'm excited!  Are you excited?!  I'm excited!"

There's a plumber on my cake!  http://themushroomkingdom.net/board/index.php?topic=7732.msg428303#msg428303

Btw, what can count as real art will be up for debate.  Leave me it out of it. XD
