It's painfully true. My school has three and a half black attendees, and I can't recall ever having engaged in conversation with an indivdual of African descent outside of school.

It's not your fault. Canada has an electrical field in the air that turns black people white. And Hispanic people into black people.

In a word, yes. However, it should be noted that there are two Arabs in Canada for every African-American in the United States. I would mention that they're just coming in by the planeload these days, but that's politically incorrect, so I won't mention it.
