Any one know how to get through Valley Fortress in SMW without getting hurt?!

Warning: This is a hell of a challenge!

Why on earth would you focus on finishing a level withot getting hurt at all?  I don't quite understand.

I guess the Game Genie/Action Replay could help ot here...
