What does ICQ  stand for?

Though I doubt the urgency, ICQ is a chatting program. I believe it was around before AIM and MSN, and if not, it was mainstream before the other two.

 Though I don't know exactly what ICQ stands for, I always understood it to be "I seek you", in three letters.
