First of all, I'm so so SO glad this is called "Your Christmas List" instead of the politically correct term. Now to business. This is word-for-word from the list I gave Mom(even the ink colors and markouts, hehe).

New computer already picked it up, but I can't use it until Christmas Day
Some DS game that I haven't decided yet (Probably Sonic Rush Adventure or Chronicles)
SD card (for Wii use)
The Dark Knight DVD (this movie r0x0rz, normally I wouldn't bother but it's just too cool)
Fall Out Boy "****: Live in Phoenix" DVD

I'm relatively low maintenance, though it's worth noting that the DVDs will most likely be covered by some sort of voucher.
If my son could decimate Lego cities with his genitals, I'd be [darn] proud.

Sonic unleashed
Simpsons season 11
Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog volumes 1 and 2
Kirby Superstar Ultra (but my DS is broken)
New Sharpie marker
New binder
Wi-fi
Tablet
A new computer (With Sound playback)

But since I'm a poor sap I'll probably get nothing.

Oh, and a cooskin cap

Just because you can, doesn't mean you should.
