I really like Chrome's "Stop this page from creating additional dialogs" thing. Though I really oughtn't have clicked the link in the first place.

i clicked it again to show my friends and we couldn't get rid of it!! IT took TEN MINIUTES to get rid of... even if you turn the internet of, it stays on!

Pshh, I thought this was about websites that are productivity wasters or cannot be unseen. That said, there was one time I went to a website that loaded a bunch of malware onto the computer at once, and I've suffered a couple of "infinite Internet Explorer windows" websites. Any prank "what's wrong with this picture" videos probably also qualify as life-ruiners because you feel like you're dying when you're paralyzed by the stare of the guy with no eyes.
