Well, a map did come with the game, but it won't show the locations of all the levels. If you are missing levels then try going back and looking for red spaces, the red indicates that there is more than one exit in the level. also, there is a secret exti in the ghost house at the very top of the Doughnut Plains area that leads to the Top Secret Area. And don't forget star road, if you complete the hidden exit on each of those, you will unlock the special courses. Hope that helps.
