There seems to be rash of threads/bumping of threads regarding pithy complaints about various Mario characters.

I've noticed this myself. The Daisy and Wario topics are pointless...

It's true, I do like the forum games...even if they are pointless, they're still fun to play.

I've noticed recently that it doesn't seem like Koji Kondo is composing a lot of new Mario music anymore. Just about every game has a different composer, and Kondo is only credited with "Original SMB Theme." I doubt he's really getting involved with most, if not any, with it. Anywhere that he is credited with the composition of the song (like Mushroomy Kingdom for instance) it's just a remix of an old theme. Take Super Mario Galaxy for example:

Only four of the game's 81 songs according to the SMG soundtrack were new ones by Koji Kondo. They were Good Egg Galaxy and the three themes for the Comet Observatory. All the rest were either composed by Mahito Yokota or were Kondo's old Mario themes arranged by Yokota.

You just now noticed that? He hasn't written a whole Mario soundtrack since SM64, or a whole Zelda one since Ocarina of Time.
That was a joke.

No, I've noticed it for a while. I meant that only recently that it has started to bother me.

Wow, that's so original I just might die.

EDIT: A few frustrations:

-Kirsten Stewart looks midly retarded in Adventureland.
-I checked, and Revolutionary Road apparently is just about unhappy 50's people.
-This.
-What is this "Winter" game no one will shut up about?

We're eagerly awaiting MaxVance's announcement regarding the Winter 2008 ADVANCE Poster Awards and things are taking longer than we had anticipated...
