when you use a yoshi cookie in battle, it gives you an item. could you please tell me what some of the items you can get and from what enemies?

Well,if you fight a boss that yoshi can't eat you'll get a yoshi candy. Yoshi candys are really great Items!!! they revive a lot of HP I think 100.
