How come you cant type in all capital letters?

I'd say because it's simply annoying:  One can't tell through capitalization where a sentence begins (mixed with "no punctuation," that can be wholly unintelligable,) and it makes it seem like the person is yelling the entire time, and for those who read things as they're written, that very quickly becomes insufferable.
