Title: HTML enabled in General Chat

See topic. General Chat is the pilot location for HTML use in the forums. Thanks to CashCrazed's brilliant suggestion, HTML tags that can potentially "break" the board have been censored. This list includes HTML, HEAD, STYLE, BODY, SCRIPT, DIV, TABLE, TR, TD, and all end tags thereof.

If things go well, I will enable HTML throughout the Fungi Forums.

Oh yeah, I'm up for it!  Things will go perfectly well if someone doesn't use the post editing secret anymore. As long as no one tries to desroy the forum, I'm up for it!

Not only will censoring these commands stop destruction INSIDE topics, but it will ALSO prevent using them in topic titles(anybody can use HTML in titles, anywhere), which stops another, easier kind of forum destruction(The kind Xizer did). It's hitting two birds with one stone.
