I know exactly what you mean. They post everything in 'Mario Chat' even if it belongs in 'General Chat' or elsewhere.

That might be because there is only one moderator, and he is never here. On most forums thete are lots of mods who visit all the time. Also on this board moderators can't move topics between forums.

But probably the biggest reason is that they want their topic to get lots of replies, so they put it in the most popular forum.
