The official Japanese website of Mario Kart Arcade GP is now open. The game itself is also out in some US arcades.
http://www.namco.co.jp/aa/am/vg/mariokart/special/
In particular, check out the ridiculous item list (http://www.namco.co.jp/aa/am/vg/mariokart/special/item/catalog.php)!

I wish I could read Japanese. >_<'
-
Item list roughly translated by Google here: http://translate.google.com/translate?sourceid=navclient-menuext&hl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww%2Enamco%2Eco%2Ejp%2Faa%2Fam%2Fvg%2Fmariokart%2Fspecial%2Fitem%2Fcatalog%2Ephp
I can't seem to figure half of these out, even translated... urk...
-
"Becomes unable to be visible?!" Some translator! XD
-
The translation is dumb, yes, but the item list is IMPRESSIVE.
Too much for my taste, though.
-
I'm not sure because of the translation, but it almost sounds like certain items affect your steering wheel's, uh, turnability, which is very possible in an arcade setup.
-
I doubt this will ever get into an arcade near me, but if it does I'll play it. What gets better than actually hopping in and driving a Mario Kart? But our acrades suck, so you'll have to tell me.
-
I wonder when it will come into my area.
-
I saw Mario Kart GP at Namco's Time Out arcade in the mall.
-
I saw it on my Christmas vacation, we went to some place called The Factory (Somthing like that.), I saw it, played it, toke a picture of it on my cell phone, a.k.a it is freaking awsome!
