So, what exactly is it that draws girls to guys who look more effeminate than they themselves? It'd be nice if there were actual girls on the internet so we could enquire with one about this matter.

Some girls like extremely meterosexual guys. Bill Kraulitz swears up and down that he's straight which is debatable as far as I'm concerned. He also sings and girls tend to be attracted to guys who sing/make music/rap, no matter how they look. Take Lil Wayne for example.
