I almost put up YouTube videos for the last bugs update, but decided to post the update rather than delay it any longer. I'll try to get back to that soon. Right now the easiest ones for me to convert are NES bug videos, so those will go up first. I'll reply back when I start on this.

Game Blog / Mario news from E3 2014
« on: June 10, 2014, 10:14:21 PM »
Earlier today, Nintendo announced Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, Mario Maker, Mario Party 10, and Mario vs. Donkey Kong, all for Wii U. Captain Toad's game is due out later this year, and the others will launch sometime in 2015.

New footage was shown from Yoshi's Woolly World, which used to be known by its working title "Yarn Yoshi."

Nintendo's E3 Digital Event also unveiled a line of NFC figurines called "amiibo." According to Nintendo's E3 site, amiibo connectivity is currently planned for Mario Kart 8, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U, Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker, Mario Party 10, and Yoshi's Woolly World. The first wave of figures will be released near the end of the year for the holiday shopping season.

Finally, release dates were announced for Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS: October 3, 2014 for North America, and September 13, 2014 for Japan.

Mario Chat / Re: Insane new SMB 1-Up trick discovered
« on: June 09, 2014, 11:12:26 AM »
What I meant was, the wall glitch in 1-2 probably isn't required. If Luigi plays every level from 1-1 to 5-2 it'll probably still work, but the video would be much longer.

I have a feeling you don't have to use the Minus World glitch; they probably used it as a shortcut.

The Vine growing out of the ground blew my mind!

I can confirm that the WL4 official Japanese guide calls this character アレヲ=シタイン博士 ("Dr. Arewo = Stein"). Not sure what the equals sign means, but it's definitely like that in the guide.

It's interesting to note that Mad Scienstein from WL3 also has an equals sign in his Japanese name: "Mad = Stein" (see website). Later, in Dr. Mario from Nintendo Puzzle Collection, he lost the equals sign and is just "Mad Stein" (see screenshot).

As for the PMTTYD Japanese chapter titles, I'll post back when I find out.
