Lately, I've been reading those kind of stories that have some kind of path you can choose. Example: Jimmy has two doors to choose.
Door Number 1: Flip to page 9
Door number 2: Flip to page 63.
So here's what I do: I write a page in the book, then I present you guys with two or three options. The next person to post will get to decide where Yoshi and the others go. Depending on what you choose, I will guide the characters through another page, and so on. We'll keep going until the end...whenever that is!
Page one: Yoshi's journey to Subcon.
It was a dark and stormy night. Meanwhile, the king rose the tax prices to outrageous levels. Suddenly, a giant explosion presented itself on the horizon. "Gaghh! I just don't know.......how to begin.....where to start?" Yoshi sat as the table waiting for an idea to come to him. He just didn't understand writing that well. However, Yoshi was driven to prove himself to everyone in the Mushroom Kingdom. Earlier that day, a bunch of rude looking Toads had laughed at him for being "stupid." After all, he was "just a worthless dinosaur." These words had stabbed Yoshi in the heart. He bled tears all over the soft grass. All around him, the winds and the mountains teased at Yoshi with their mighty fists. Nature was speaking to him. "Run away........you pathetic creature......." Returning home, Yoshi dragged out his paper and pencil, believeing that if he could create a master piece of literature, he would be granted respect. The problem was....well, lets just say he wasn't William Shakespeare. Still, he pushed on through the long hours of the night. He began to feel the weight of his drooping eyes around three. They became bloodshot; his arms fell to the ground and his legs began to crumble. Finally, his body told him to quit. He removed his shoes and washed his face with warm yet soothing water. Yoshi trudged into his room and fell to his wonderful bed. "Mabey.....mabey, I'll draw a picture......."
"Yoshi.....yoshi, wake up!" Yoshi awoke to find that Mario was standing at his feet. "Mario....boy, am I glad to see you! I had the most terrible night. I was trying to write a story........" Mario raised his hand. "Yoshi, your still asleep.....sort of."
"So, you told me to wake up from a sleep within' a sleep?"
"Errr......I guess. This is Subcon. That short guy over there brought us here."
Yoshi looked around. "Short guy? Where?"
"Down here, you twit!"
Startled, the green dino leaped out of his socks. "Whoa! You really are short!"
The strange little man's mouth emitted steam; the hair on the side of his head rose and his wrinkles twitched. "Groan...I thought YOU hated being insulted....
"You know? How?" Yoshi questioned.
The man replied, "Heck, I know everything! I'm Dei T! The All powerful Toad, lord of Subcon, short but studly, yada-yada-yada. I've transported the two of you here to over come your problems. You Yoshi, need a story idea correct? Don't worry, I'll give you one. And Mario, you need to lose weight, correct?"
"Wha? No I don't!" Mario yelled back.
"Sure," Dei T. laughed. "You may be wondering what awaits you through those doors over there, correct?"
"Not really......." Yoshi sighed, "and how come you say correct all the time, eh?"
"Hey, don't question the master! Those doors will help you solve your problems. I can't just give them to you! That would be cheating! Cheating is kinda frowned upon at Fungi Forums. Sorry."
"Fine, just.......can we have some help? The two of us can't do it alone."
"Sure, I can bring anyone here, as long as they're sleeping."
"Hey Mario, lets bring Luigi and Wario here! They can help, right?"
"Do we have to bring Wario? Whenever we bring him, he eats all the food and farts on all my stuff."
Dei T. spoke up. "You won't need food. This is a dream, duh! It's only ment to help solve your problem. Remember the cheating thing? 1-Ups don't grow on trees, ya know."
"Just get Luigi and Wario here!" Yoshi snapped.
"Fine. But if they are to venture past the doors, they must have a problem. That would be?"
Mario thought. "Hmmmm.....Luigi would like to have more muscle. And I'm sure Wario would like to lose some weight....or earn more money. Does that work?"
"Sure," Dei T. said, "but they have to be asleep. Hmmmm....Luigi is already here. He is still asleep in that corner. As for Wario.....it seems that he is at a rave."
"Gaghhhh!!!! Stupid fatty!" Yoshi was enraged. He needed Wario's help, but instead, the dope was at a stupid party.
"Hold on," Dei T. explained, "he just got smacked in the head with a lamp shade! He's K.O'd, so I guess I can get him here. Ah, good. He's asleep in that corner...on top of Luigi."
Luigi was dreaming of Daisy in a bikini, but it didn't last long. His mouth was filled with the wonderful scent of Wario's brand.
"Ack! Blech! Gross! Wario you pig!" Luigi bellowed. Wario awoke from his knock out. The two had no idea where they were, of course. To make a long story short, Mario explained to them what had happened.
"So we gotta help Yoshi write a story? Gee, that sounds dumb," Wario snickered.
"Shut it, fatty. We all have problems that Dei T. can fix. Right?"
Dei T. shrugged. "I can't do that. Cheating. Walk through one of the three doors. Adventure...awaits."
Dei T. vanished into thin air, leaving the four in front of the doors.
"Well, we gotta pick one," Luigi sighed. "Might as well be door number one."
Wario shoved him aside. "No, door three!"
"How about 2?" Mario and Yoshi spoke at the same time.
Before long, they had played rock, paper, scissors, in addition to straws and eni meni miney mo. Wario had one two out of three games, so it was his choice.
"Crap," Luigi grumbled. "We're all gonna die."
Wario trudged up to the three doors. On one was a skull and cross bone. The other, door number two, was a space ship. And on the last, was a computer.
"Hmmm........which one? I can't choose!"
Which door will Wario take?
Skull and Cross Bones.
Space Ship
Computer.
There you have it. Pick one of those. Happy picking.

"Wahahaha! Are you guys comeing or what?"
The other three followed as soon as Wario walked in. Neither of them had any idea of what was awaiting them behind the door.
"Hey-what the heck is going on?" Yoshi questioned. "This is-a row boat?" Indeed, the four had come upon a vast ocean and a tiny row boat; the insignificant piece of junk was almost too small to fit Mario in it. Pushing and pulling, the hero's managed to squeeze themselves in.
"This sucks," Wario groaned. "I shoulda picked the space ship."
"It's too late now," Yoshi explained, "this boat is our only ticket out of here. You heard what Dei T. said. We have to complete this adventure."
Wario then used his huge body to push them off to sea. The sky was dark with the blood of rain. No one on board was very pleased with the situation; it wasn't long before they began complaining.
"I'm starving," Luigi cried.
"Luigi, this is a dream. You don't need food." Mario was quick to correct Luigi's error.
"Yeah, well you're fat! You don't need food. Look at me! I'm practically skin and bones!"
"Deal with it, you two!" Yoshi snapped. "Fighting won't solve anything!"
Wario, however, was silent. This was his first trip out to sea......and he wasn't feeling well.
"I-I think I'm gonna be sick!" he screamed. He barfed all over the boat and everyone in it.
"Aghhhgh! I can't take this! Get me outta here," Luigi yelled at the top of his lungs.
Suddenly, a strange figure presented itself upon the horizon. It was a ship, nothing more, nothing less.
The row boat approached the bow and stopped. The four looked up, as if they were expecting someone to pop out and say, "arghh!"
But nothing happened.
"Greaat! It's abandon! Let's board the ship," Luigi said happily.
"Wait," Mario gasped. "I don't think it's safe. Let's keep going."
"Mario," Luigi snapped back, "are you stupid? This ship is just what the doctor ordered! We can finally get out of this boat and onto the ship....and away from puke city over there."
"But.......what if pirates are on board?"
"It's just a dream! We'll be fine!"
"I don't think so!" A strange voice rang out from the distance.
"Hey, I know that voice," Yoshi said. "It's Dei T!"
"Long time no see guys! I forgot to tell you something before you left. If you die in the dream, you die in real life! Your mind makes the emotions real in this world."
Mario yelled back, "Then get us outta here! We can't die! The kingdom needs us!"
"Sorry, no can do. Cheating, remember? I can't tell you what's on that ship, or if anythings on it at all. Whoops. Gotta go. I left the oven on."
"He's gone, that jerk."
"Hmmm.....well, we have a choice. We can stay in this boat, or take are chances up there. What's it gonna be Yoshi? After all, this is your story."
"Me? Err...okay. I choose....."
What does Yoshi choose?
1. Climb up the ship.
2. Ignore the ship. Keep going.

"Hmmmm......the ship seems like a good choice. It's better then this piece of junk."
The other three coudn't change Yoshi's mind. It was time to board the ship. A few ropes were resting in the salty ocean. The heros used them to climb upon the bow.
"Finally," Luigi rejoiced. "This is so much better then the-"
"You shoulda kept yer buts put in the row boat, me harty!" Some rude voice interupted Luigi's speech.
"Hey, what kinda snot nosed, pirate sounding idiot dares to interupt me?"
"Uhhhh...Luigi?" Mario responded. "I think it's a pirate."
Luigi grew pale white. "P-P-Pirate? Gwagh......ughhh..."
The poor plumber fell to his feet, and passed out.
"You know, me bucko, I thought you was smarter then that. *snicker*......I can't believe you fell for that!"
Yoshi came out of the shadows and slapped Mario's hand.
"Man, I didn't know you had such a great pirate voice! You scared Luigi out of his pants!"
Yoshi and Mario almost wet their pants, laughing and bickering about Luigi's mistake. When they calmed down, the two began to notice some odd things.
"Where the heck is Wario? Didn't he climb up with us?"
Yoshi responded, "Dunno, he was the last of us to leave to boat....right?"
"This is too weird. First, I giant ship without a crew, and now Wario's gone. Speaking of which, I haven't seen Luigi either! He passed out on that deck a minute ago!"
"Actually Mario, we've been laughing for almost 2 hours."
"Gosh, do we really laugh that long? It wasn't that funny."
Yoshi sighed, "Well, either of them have to be on the boat somewhere. What sould we do?"
"Well, duh! We let the Fungi Forums members decide!"
"Oh...right. Forgot."
What should Mario and Yoshi do?
Search the ship for Wario and Luigi?
Eat ham sandwiches until they barf?
Climb back into the row boat?
Do nothing?

Ham sandwiches! Ham sandwiches!!!

Yoshi and Mario began to feel quite hungry, so they pulled out some ham sandwhiches.
"Hey, Mario. Where DID you get these sandwhiches? I don't think we packed any food for the trip......."
Mario replied, "Oh, I always carry around a pair in my back pocket. You know, just in case we get hungry."
Yoshi looked confused. "Err.....okay...." The dino thought it was best not to comment on the situation. He was indeed, hungry, even though this was just a dream.
"Yumm.......this is soooooooo good!" Yoshi cried with delight. "Lemme have another one!"
Mario pulled out another sandwhich. They continued to eat and eat and eat some more. It became so horrible and violent that Yoshi began to steal Mario's ham and lettuce. After about an hour, they didn't feel so hot. Lo and behold, they threw up all over the deck.
"Ughhhh........all that ham......" Yoshi passed out.
Yoshi awoke from his nap. There he was, at the end of his bed. "Oh....my story! I have to complete it." Alas, Dei T.'s universe had not helped Yoshi finish his story. He failed nearly 92 times, and lived life being called stupid everyday. Then he died.
Ouch! You've reached the bad ending! Go back and choose a differnet path.
What should Mario and Yoshi do?
Look for Wario and Luigi?
Go back to the rowboat?
Do nothing?

"Well, the rowboat isn't going anywhere. Let's look for Luigi and Wario."
Mario believed that this was the best option. What if the other two were in a real jam? They had to find them.
"Hmmm......okay.....I know I saw Luigi climb up here. He fell to the ground over there."
Yoshi gasped. "Aghhgh! Look! Blood tracks! I-I-I think it's Luigi!"
The blood left a trail, from where Luigi fell to the end of a strange looking cabin. Mario though Luigi, or his body, might be in there.....
"No....Luigi. Please don't be dead," Mario cried. Tears dripped from his eyes.
"Don't cry Mario. It's just a dream. He'll be okay."
Mario looked back at Yoshi with a grim frown. "Remember what Dei T. said? We'll die in the dream."
The unhappy plumber walked up to the cabin door and opened it. He was overjoyed to find that it was not Luigi who was hung by his neck......but Wario."
"Huzahaha!!" Mario screamed. "Luigi's not dead! Happy day! Happy Day!"
Yoshi followed and replied, "Is he alive?" He then noticed Wario's body hanging from the cabin. "Yes! Ding dong, the fat man's dead!"
Mario and Yoshi stared at each other with wide eyes. "Uhhh.........Wario is dead?!" The two relized that someone else was on the ship...and the were thirsty for blood.
"This can't be good," Mario gasped. "What are we gonna do?"
"Calm down," Yoshi replied. "Mabey we can take em! Wario was by himself, and lets face it, he's not that bright."
Mario yelled back, "We don't know that for sure! Luigi could've been with him! What if he's dead to?"
The green dino slapped Mario in the face. "We'll get outta here alive. As for Wario........."
"He needs a proper burial. After all, he was a friend. Sort of."
The two grabbed his body and threw him of into the water. He landed with a smack.
"Any finally words for the dumb fatso?"
"Yeah," Yoshi said. "He smelled and ate all my food. God bless him. Now what?"
"I say we........"
What does Mario say?
Go back to the row boat?
Yell and scream to get the killer to come out?

"....yell and scream. That jerk might show his face."
Yoshi wasted no time. He began to raise his voice.
"Hey you jerk! You've just killed one of our friends! Come out and face us like a man!"
Nothing. No matter what they said, the villian would not show his face.
"Grr.....try again!" Mario was becoming enraged. His brother was missing, and Wario was dead. Wouldn't you get a little angry?
"Come out now, or I'll blow this ship to the bottom! I've got a fire flower." Mario was bluffing, but anything would suffice. Out of the shadows, moved a tall figure.
"Not now, you idiot. It isn't time.........." The voice spoke loud enough for Mario to notice. "It" took off like a speeding bullet cutting through air.
"Come back! Murderer!" Mario followerd the creature at Mach 5. Yoshi saw the two of them dash down some stairs and in to the darkness.
"Guess I better follow them....." Yoshi sighed. "Man, if that guy doesn't get Mario.....I will."
Mario ran and ran until he couldn't run anymore.
"Huff......huff....that guy runs fast for a........"
He came to a stop in front of an odd looking door. On the front was yet another skull and cross bone.
"Hmmmm.......the captains room," Mario thought. Mabey the creep is hiding in here! Mario slammed the door open, hinges and all.
"Okay, however you are, come out with yer hands up!"
The captains chair turned around, with a slight *creek*. A large skeleton was sitting there. It was none other then Cortez the pirate ghost.
"Amigo Mario! Long time no see! How's it going?"
"Cortez? Gah, I shoulda known. This ship did look familar...."
"What the heck are you doin' in my dream? I guess it's possible you could be a fragment of my imagination," Cortez laughed.
"You mean, I could travel to other dreams from Subcon? Dei T. never told me that...oh well. Listen Cortez, there's some muderer on board your ship, and he could be dangerous!"
"Amigo, this is just a dream! You'll be-"
Mario spoke up, "You don't understand. You may be fine, but Yoshi and I are in real trouble. We're not actually in a dream. We're traveling by spirit through the dream world so we can find answers to our problems!"
"Eh?" Cortez asked.
"Look, it's possible the two of us can be killed. When we are traveling spirit, are mind makes everthing around us real."
"Uhhh...okay, I'll go with that."
"Listen Cortez, I'll see you later. I've gotta find my brother."
Cortez then raised the broken door and shut it on Mario.
"Hey, what are you......"
Mario turned to find that Cortez was holding Luigi's head. Blood was falling from the neck.
"Gaghhhh!!!!!!!!" Mario turned pale white and fell to the ground.
Suddenly, Cortez began to laugh.
"*snicker* I can't believe you fell for that!!!!"
"Luigi?" Mario awoke.
The pirate skelton removed his face to show his true form. It was Luigi, with a fake "Luigi dool" head.
"I got you, I got you! You fell for it! That's for the pirate joke, Mario!"
"Groan........you're still angry about that?"
"No, just satisfied. I got you good."
"Haha...very funny. Lets get of this ship, it's given me the creeps."
"Come on Mario. Nothing bad has happened besides our little jokes right?"
Mario looked to ground. "I found Wario...dead."
"Wha? Really? How'd that happen?"
"I dunno. Someone is on the ship, and they want our heads. Speaking of which, where's Yoshi?"
Luigi gasped. "I thought he was with you!"
Suddenly, the two heard a huge roar. "GRRR!!! I'm gonna kill you!"
"Yoshi!" They both screamed.
Afterwords, the two noticed yet another strange figure in the shadows. It too, ran for cover.
"Hey, stop right there!" The Bros. yelled.
What should the brothers do?
Run to the deck and help Yoshi?
Continue to look for the muderer?
Jump over board and into the row boat and get the hech outta there?!
This is the first part of the story that can effect what happens later. Choose wisely........

Finally, a story about Yoshi! (= (: )@) That's great! Well, not just Yoshi but he is kind of the main character. I love your creative idea. I had an idea like it once but it involved clicking on links to go to to different posts (like the pages of a CYOA book) and that's not as good. And I probably never would have wrote it anyway.
I can't believe that Wario died! But maybe it's not really him somehow. Anyway, keep up the good work. I'm impressed how fast you can come up with this stuff. We'll have to go through this story several times to find everything! If you can handle it that is.

The two brothers looked at each other long and hard. They were still in shock, so it was difficult to speak. Finally, Luigi gasped, "What if Yoshi is Killed? We came to this dream world to help him write a story. I'm not gonna let him die like that." Luigi dashed up the stair ways and up the deck, leaving Mario in the dust. The paunchy plumber fell to his knees. "I can't take much more of this. I wanna leave now! Wario is gone, and I thought I had lost my own brother; this dream is out of control. I don't see how this is supposed to solve our 'problems'." Mario paused and thought for a momment. "Grrr.....what am I doing sitting around whining like this? I'm coming you guys!" He jumped to his feet and followed Luigi's tracks. "Just you wait........" he thought. "We'll make it out of this dream alive!" Mario rfinally made it up to the deck, only to find Yoshi holding up a large figure by it's shirt. "Yoshi.....who is that? I can't see past your huge nose!" Yoshi snapped. "Well, not everyone can be Michael Jackson!"
"Who's Michael Jackson?" Mario asked.
Yoshi answered, "I dunno, I just made him up!"
A sweat drop fell from Mario's face. He really wasn't in the mood for jokes at the time. "Just move your darn booger factory."
Yoshi chuckled at the horrible pun that Mario had thought up. He lowered his nose and continued to laugh. The man that Yoshi had in his arms was none other than Wario; the fat man's face was drooling with blood.
"WARIO!?! But he....I saw him....." Mario ran up and began to punch Wario.
"AGGHHGH! Stop! I've recieved enough punishment from that monster over there! He's mad I tell ya, mad!" Mario didn't listen. He continued to beat the living daylight's outta Wario. After five minutes of smacks and pows, the terrible beating ceased. Luigi placed his hand on Mario's shoulder.
"Mario, you saw him hung up in the cabin, correct?"
"Well, of course! He was dead-"
"No, he wasn't. He was just sleeping."
"Just-SLEEPING?!"
Wario's face was so swollen that his lips had overlapped his fat nose. The eyes on his face were black as night. Mario couldn't tell if he was even breathing anymore. Blood was dripping all over the deck.
"Grr......" Mario growled, "If he wasn't dead in that cabin, then he's dead now." Luigi tried to get his brother to calm down.
"Mario, the reason why he wasn't dead_" Luigi pointed to Wario's neck. "He has no neck! It's completely packed with fat! It's impossible to break his neck. For this reason, he finds sleeping like this may stretch out the muscles in what little neck he has. Mabey one day....he might have a neck...."
Mario looked at Wario's face. Still ugly. Still swollen to the size of a ballon. "Guess I got carried away......." Luigi helped Mario to his feet. Yoshi was looking over board. The row boat was resting on the ocean water's. "Hey, the boat's still here. Mabey we can take it." Mario answered with a groan. "This ship isn't haunted. I think we should take the ship."
Luigi looked down at Wario. "Wario's awake, you know. Since we've beaten him to a pulp, I think he should decide."
Wario spoke through his swollen face. "I-gh fink we should-gk takk te fip! Err....maby te bot."
Luigi looked at him confused. "Eh, what? What did he say?"
What did Wario say?
"Takk te fip!"
"maby te bot."
"Wario taks csh-k and sethsls eveyting!"

Wario tried to speak through his face. Luigi put his finger right on his mouth. "It's alright Wario. We'll go back to the boat."
[Don't worry, I'm not quiting on the choice, YR. I'm just gonna call it a night and write the rest on Sunday. Is that okay?]

Alright. For YR, I'm gonna make this the best post ever.
Luigi and the others began to trot back to the row boat. It just wasn't safe to stay on a ship where a friend was beaten half to death. Even if it was by his own crew mate. Mario, however, wanted some answers before they left the great hulk behind. "Luigi, remember when I knocked the captains door down? And how it managed to hike itself back up? How DID you do that?" The younger plumber had a blank look on his face. "What the heck are you talking about Mario? I did no such thing." Mario laughed at his brother and responded with, "No, seriously, how did you put it back?" Luigi pushed Mario aside and climbed down the bow of the ship. "Mario....you sure have some strange stories to tell, huh." Mario decided it was best not to say anything; if his brother wanted to lie, then he better do it. He followed Luigi and Yoshi down into the row boat, with Wario after him. When they plopped in, the boat began to sink, due to the tremendous weight Wario had put on in the past hour. "Okay Wario, what did you eat?" Mario questioned. "Hmmmm...." he thought. "An apple, I think."
"An apple?" Mario asked. "How many?"
"Just one."
"Just one? Then why are we sinking like an anchor?"
"'Cause I have a slow metabolism. Why do you think it's so hard for me to loose weight, huh?! What, are you calling me fat? Don't you think I get enough of that at school?! Your so mean! What did you say about my mother?!" Wario began to shout and rock the boat. It didn't help the whole sinking problem, of course. Luigi tried to get Wario to calm down. "Wario, he didn't say anything rude about your mother or your weight problem. Please stop rocking the boat!" Wario didn't listen, and continued to jump up and down, until eventually.....it capsided. All four went into the water.
"Wario, you idiot, look what you've done now," Yoshi screamed. "Now we'll have to take the ship!" Everything was silent. The water turned red. "Wario....your face was bleeding, wasn't it........."
"Everyone back to the ship, now!" Yoshi instructed. "Hurry!!"
The boat had acctually drifted from the hulk, due to the boat capsiding. The others had a long way to go before they were safe. Yoshi was the first one to take off swiming. He could here the music in the backround. It creeped up on him like the creature itself. "Shark......" he thought. "Why did I have to pound Wario like that?" He continued to swim, but trouble presented it's ugly mug on the horizon. "Cramp!" he cried. "This can't be happening." Yoshi heard a scream, coming from the distance. It was Wario. "Shark!!!!" he yelled at the top of his lungs. "Help meeeeeeeeee......"
Luigi and Mario were not far behind Yoshi, but Wario, due to his massive blood lose and his weight, he had fallen behind. The shark, that horrible beast, was thinking, "Oh yes! So pink, juicy and fat. I must eat him first!" Yoshi saw Wario go under, however no blood had been shed yet. He thought, "Wario's so hard to eat. His tremendous size must be giving that shark a difficult time. I can still go back to save him, but I'll have to battle that shark myself........" Yoshi shock in the freezing cold water. "I hate sharks........" he said outloud. Mario and Luigi had caught up with Yoshi. "Don't worry Yoshi! We can go! I'll give that shark a good smack in the face." Yoshi didn't have time to fool around. Wario was in deep six. They had to act fast!
What should the three heros do?
Save Wario w/ Yoshi?
Save Wario w/ Mario?
Save Wario w/ Luigi?
Forget Wario and go back to the ship?
Stay in the water and hope that the shark leaves?

Yoshi's cramp had become worse. He felt as if swimming to Wario would be impossible. So he asked, "One of you...can you make it to Wario in time? I can't swim anymore........" Yoshi had trouble speaking, as the sharp pain in his lower half stabbed him with intensity. Luigi looked at his brother. "I-I-I'm n-n-not doing it!" He shivered. Mario searched for Wario in the water. He could see that the fat man was punching and kicking for dear life. Mario just couldn't make up his mind. Then, the obvious hit him like a ton of bricks. "I don't think any of us can handle that shark! Wario, however, has more power then even Donkey Kong! If anyone could rescue him, it's his own brute strength." Just as Mario finished his speech, a warm red liquid arose from where Wario was fighting. He could still see the shark fin coming closer......and closer...and closer. Mario stared at Yoshi and said, "It's been nice knowing you dear friend.." Mario felt the sharp jaws sink into his flesh. He was dragged under water, along with Yoshi. The last thing they saw was Luigi making a mad dash to the ship. Then blood.....and silence.

Luigi was scared out of his pants, but he thought that the shark was no match for his awesome......strength...... The younger Mario brother began to swim towards Wario, who had been putting up quite a fight. Wario noticed that Luigi had come to save him, however, he was not pleased. "They sent that weakling to save me?" he thought. "I'm doomed!" Just then, out of nowhere, the author, PaperLuigi, sprang from the real world and into the pages of the Fungi Forums! "Hold on," he explained. "Luigi is the greatest Nintendo character Miyamoto ever put life into. Why is he so weak, then?" Luigi, Wario and the shark all looked at him with blank stares. "Ummmm.....who are you?" Luigi questioned. PaperLuigi wasn't paying attention to the situation at hand. All of a sudden, PaperLuigi screamed out, "I've got it! This is my story! What I say goes!" The other two, Mario and Yoshi, had no idea of what the heck was going on.
What will PaperLuigi do?

PaperLuigi thought the story would be boring if his hero didn't have super powers. With his magic typewriter, he wrote "And then Luigi lept out of the water with new found abilities, such as super sight, flying and heat vision!" So that's what happened. Luigi lept lept out of the water with new abilities, however......PL made a huge typo. Instead of Super Sight, Luigi recieved a super kite. In the place of flying, he was given power walking. In addition to having the lamest every day human attributes, Luigi also had the most outrageous super power. Meat Vision. Luigi looked at what he had recieved and screamed, "You idiot, what kind of stupid powers are these?! You've just made me weaker, ya jerk!" While Luigi was yelling and ranting at the author, Wario had managed to squeeze himself free from the jaws of the shark. He made an effort too swim back to the ship with Mario and Yoshi, kicking and tossing his weight all the way. Finally, the 3 reached the bow. They climbed as high as they could and landed on deck. Mario noticed that Luigi was still in the water with the dumbfounded shark, who couldn't believe he had let such a fantastic meal get away. He was gonna eat Luigi anyway. "Luigi! Get the heck out of the water!" Mario shouted at the top of his lungs. Luigi, who had finished his ranting and raving, saw that the shark was coming for him. "Gagghhh!" he shivered. "O-O-Okay.....which one of these dumb powers will work on this guy? Hmmm.....I've got it! With are powers com......"
"STOP FOOLING AROUND AND GET OUT!" Mario screamed.
Luigi was so startled by the screaming that his Meat Vision activated. "ZAP!" The shark had been hit and transformed into a side of beef. Luigi was relieved by the miracle that the others had witnessed. "*gasp*," he sighed. "I thought I was done for.....mabey this meat vision isn't so bad after all!" He left the beef in the water and swam back to the ship. He climbed up and landed on deck with the others. "Now what?" he asked. "Do we take the ship somewhere or what?"
Yoshi thought to himself. "This is gold for my story. I can call it 'The Adventures of Dino Lad and Meat Man.' Or not....."
While he thought to himself, the others were talking about what to do. Then Wario spoke up. "I've got it! We'll let the FF members decide! You better make this a good one Yoshisaurus Rex, or were toast!"

Yes, I did know that it was from Fairly Odd Parents. Only Timmy's dad just made meat. Luigi TURNS people into meat. I'm glad you saw that.
Yoshi turned towards Mario and asked, "Mario, why don't we just take the boat? We always run into trouble when we don't. Let's make a wise choice this time." Mario and the others agreed to Yoshi's decision; they weren't in the mood to go back into the water. "Okay," Wario said, "But I wanna be captain." It was dead silent for about five seconds, then Mario fell on the floor laughing. "You?! I think we're better of taking it to the sharks back in the water!" Mario rolled around the deck until he couldn't breath. He got to his feet and explained, "Look, this is Yoshi's story, right? I think it's best if we make him the captain. He could call all the shots!"
Wario smacked the poor dino to the left and opened his big mouth. "No way! I wanna be captain! I WANNA, WANNA, WANNA........." He screamed and yelled as hard as he could. The entire ocean erupted in chaos. Rip tides, hurricanes, violent explosions, the works! All because of Wario's boisterous tantrum. Yoshi and Luigi tried to tone him out, but nothing worked. Mario was lost in his thoughts. "God, I bet this is because he never got to be the sherif when we played cowboys. Now he wants to be the captain. We'll never here the end of this!" Luigi's eyes began to burn red with anger. His face was about to blow. "Mario, please just let him be captain!!! His screaming is driving me crazy.....I could just...just...GAGHHHHGGGHH!!!" Out of Luigi's eyes came his infamous meat vision. It zapped Wario right in the leg with an ear-cracking "POW!" The fat boy tripped and fell to the ground. In the place of his right leg was a drum stick. Instead of getting up and taking it like a man, he cried, "O-O-Okay......you can be captain, Luigi...."
"I don't want to be captain. I just want to get this over with so I can go home."
Yoshi took the wheel of the ship. "You know, I've wanted to do this all my life. Even though it's just a dream, here in the world of Subcon, it feels...so real."
The other three were listening in on Yoshi's tale. They stepped back and let Yoshi turn the ship towards the horizon.
"We'll, were gonna have to get the sails down," Mario explained.
Yoshi's face grew bright with excitement. You'd never know he was a green Yoshi, his face was so red.
"I.....get to sail the ship! Yes!! Yes!!"
Everyone but Wario had taken everyday pirate duty. He was to busy eating his own leg, that is, until Luigi turned it back.
"O-O-OWWW!" he cried. "I'm eating my own leg!"
The others laughed at Wario's stupidity, and began to dance and sing. Okay, mabey not that, but they sure were having fun. However, deep in the shadows, lurked a stalker. Watching there every movements, he spoke to himself. "Ugh! They here? What they doing? Me saw Mario and Luigi in cabin a while ago. Good thing me make break for it. !? What that smell? Ah, me smell feet!" Whatever or whoever he was, he was making loud noises.....eating his own toe nails. Needless to say, Mario could here what was going on.
"Hey! Come out with your hands up!"
The creature was scared out of his skin when he heard this. Like a badger stuck in a trash bag, he began to make a mad dash towards a cabin room. Mario, however, jumped out and grabbed him.
"Now what?" he wondered.

Mario released his victim; he stood up and asked, "Okay, who are you! Come into the light.....please?"
The creature didn't listen. He continued to run around the ship's quarters.
"Nuts!" Mario snapped. "I shouldn't of done that."
Yoshi let go of the wheel and climbed down to Mario's level. "What the heck is going on down here, swabby?"
A sweatdrop fell from Mario's face. "Swabby? I don't think so. If your gonna be captain, then quit acting like a huge moron."
"Well, I'm just tryin' to fit the high-seas spirit," he proclaimed. "Besides, I heard something down here. So.....what happened?"
Mario looked down into the depth's of the great hulk. "I just let some weirdo go. I think I saw him back when Luigi and I went down into the pirates cabin." Mario tightened his hat and clutched his fist. "I'll go down and catch whoever's behind this!"
Mario dashed after the stranger and into the shadows. Yoshi followed, of course.
"Ths chapter should be called 'Captain Yoshi and the swabby capture the beast!' Or...."
He wrote some notes down on a sheet of paper he stole from Wario's pocket. "And then...he wrote some notes down on a piece of paper he stole from Wario's pocket," he said outloud. Yoshi stuffed away his materials and continued to run. "Huff...huff, man....we do too much running in this stupid story! Can't I walk or something?" Yoshi's feet magically slowed down to a hault. He walked the rest of the way and caught up to Mario, who was still running. "Hey, how did you catch up to me so fast? You were walking!"
"I-I don't know. How DID I catch up to you so fast?"
Mario shook his head. "It doesn't matter. We need to find that guy!"
The two had made their way into a room deep beneath the ship's deck. It was packed with boxes and other nick-naks that had once been used by the former crew. From old, dried up fruit to cannons and swords, it was all there. If anything, the remains of 500-year old pirates rested here.
"D-D-Don't get the creeps, Yoshi....it's only a dream.....which is real......"
Mario's knees trembled so much, in fact, that dust rose from the ground.
"I'm not scared, Mario. In fact, I'm rather excited. It's been so long since we had an adventure together."
The two pushed some objects out of the way so that they could continue their search. And they still would be, if not for a loud "CRASH!"
"What was that?" Yoshi questioned. "I think it came from the deck."
Mario fell to the ground and shivered. "I bet it's that monster!!!"
"What's gotten into you Mario? Your never this scared! I thought you were some hero, but now your acting like a coward."
"I-I-I don't know what's happening! Why, all of a sudden, are you so brave?"
Another crash followed the first one. "Hold on, Yoshi. If you're not driving the ship, then who-."
"WARIO!" Yoshi screamed. He dashed up to the deck and found Wario sailing the ship.
"Hey, don't worry Yoshi! I got a F- in boating school!"
Yoshi had a blank look on his face. "Wario, don't you know what that means?"
"F for fantastic!" He cried happily.
Luigi smacked him on the head with a large piece of plank wood. "That means you failed, you stupid idiot."
"Oh....." Wario sighed. Luigi tried to take the wheel from Wario, but the fat man only smacked him away.
"No! I must pass! I'll get an A for sure! And I'll do it by landing the ship on that dangerously sharp rock over there!"
Yoshi and Luigi jumped up to take the wheel, but as usual, Wario over-powered them. Then a loud scream came from bellow.
"MAMA-MIA!"
"Mario! Yoshi gasped. What am I going to do? I need help, fast!"

Yoshi looked at the rock and began to shake with fear. "Uhh.....no.......I don't wanna die.....gaghh!" He jumped over board, leaving the other three behind. Into the water he went. The ship was crushed upon impact with the over-sized rock, sinking to the bottom of who knows what. "No. How could I let my friends die like that? I'm nothing but a coward. I don't deserve my life....." He wasn't sure what to do. He was out in the middle of the ocean. What could he do? So he kept swimming. Swimming for what felt like hours. That is, until he heard a feint cry.....

Yoshi followed the cry, but he wasn't quite sure were it was coming from. It rang out from all directions, screaming "Help me! Help me...." It wasn't anyone Yoshi knew, but he wanted to find them anyway. It grew louder and louder every minute, until it spoke other words. "Help me...I don't want to be stupid.....I want to write...create....but all I do is destroy!!! I'm a worthless creature....I left my friends to die! But it feels...good. Yesssss.....good....I lust for power......give it too me!!" The voice was breathing heavy, with pauses in between phrases. Yoshi felt a shiver as he came upon the figure. It turned around and drooled blood.
"Run." It breathed. Yoshi looked into the creatures eyes. His eyes. His face. His everything. Yoshi was starring himself eye to eye.
"Nooooooo! This can't be happening!" Yoshi swam far away, but he couldn't escape his own wrath. A melodramatic music was playing in the backround, getting faster and faster as the minute hand ticked. "Gawhahahahahahaha...RUN!! RUN!!!" A knife came down and barely missed Yoshi's neck. "Someone help! Help me!" Out of nowhere came a hand. A hand that had a grip of a thousand men. A hand that could save Yoshi from himself. "Grab hold!" Said a familar voice. Yoshi clutched the hand and held on tight. It pulled him through an endless void and out the other end. He fell asleep when he touched ground.
When Yoshi awoke, he found himself in a strange room. "Where...where am I?" He asked. He looked up to find a short little man drinking coffee in the corner. "Dei T?"
"You gave me quite a scare, little green one, but I'm pleased that your all right."
"Dei T. I'm so glad to see you! Was it you who saved me from that evil guy back there?
He nodded and told Yoshi to sit down. He took many sips from his cup, so that he would not fall asleep from old age. "Hehe. I didn't understand why you let the fat man take the wheel, but somehow it turned out alright. I was lucky enough to get there and save him and the other three."
Yoshi scratched his head. "One...two......hey! There were only four of us. Who's the other guy?"
Dei T. pointed into the corner where the others were sleeping. Next to them was a rather large ape.
"Donkey Kong?"
"Yes. You were in his dream. Tonight, he was dreaming of a high sea adventure. I dunno what I'll have for him the next day, but......"
"So you can transport people in between dreams? You can even decide what they dream?"
"I can do many things. I just hope you've been writing down all this stuff."
Yoshi took out his pen and paper and wrote more stuff down. To him it was gold. He soon put it away.
"So...what happened back there?" He asked.
"Hm? Oh, that evil creature you saw. The one that looked like you, right?"
Yoshi nodded. "Uh-huh. That's the one."
"Sigh....what I'm about to tell you isn't going to be easy.....are you sure?"
"I must know," he replied.
"Yoshi, that creature back there was the Subconscious. He is Lord of Subcon...and my brother."
Yoshi kept his ears open.
"There must be balance in the universe, you see. For every good creature, there is an evil one to counter it. God gave life to me, while the Devil gave life to Subconscious. I am the dreams, he is the nightmare. Get the point?"
The dino understood his every word. Somewhat.
"You see, Subcon can take the form of any creature he desires, as long as the world is filled with grief. He took doubt about your intelligence, and used it to manifest himself into you! I've got examples you know. This one time, he took the form of an ugly frog creature and took over. Called himself Wart. Hilarious, I thought, until he locked me up in a cell. I used some plumber guy to help me regain the kingdom. Looked alot like that guy in the corner, you know...."
"Uhhh....yeah. Of course he does! Listen? Will I ever run into him again?"
"As long as you have doubt....it will happen."
Dei. T. picked himself up and pointed him in the direction of the final doors. The one with the computer, and the one with the space shuttle.
"You still have two more doors. Then the story will end."
He vanished, leaving Yoshi and the others alone.
"This is a tough one.....whick door should I pick? I don't wanna run into Subcon again."

Yoshi opened the door that had the computer on it. He looked back at Mario and yelled, "Hey! Are you guys coming, or what?" Mario awoke from his nap within a nap and coughed up some water. "Ack! Hey *cough* where am I?" The others woke up after him and asked the same question. Yoshi sighed and told them everything.
"So that's what happened?"
"Uh-huh."
"Really?"
"Yup."
"Well, let's get going then!"
Yoshi and the others walked through the door and vanished into the darkness..............
*BANG!* The gang found themselves in a huge city, in the middle of a struggle between police and thugs. Bullets this way. Bullets that way. It was an all out war!
"What does this have to do with a computer?" Yoshi wondered. Just then, Mario screamed.
"Mama-Mia! Why are we wearing such cool looking threads?"
Indeed, the 5, with the addition of Donkey Kong, had been garbed in black clothing. Sunglasses too. Wario, however, was wearing a very tight female body-suit.
"What kinda crappy joke is this?"
Before the others could laugh, a local thug spotted Yoshi and his gigantic nose.
"What a freak! Say hello to my gun, ya freak!"
He was spitting, yelling and shotting at Yoshi. But somehow, the bullets missed. All of them. Yoshi couldn't believe it.
"I've-never seen someone move so fast. You're the one, Yoshi!"
"Cut the crap Mario, and start acting like a hero."
"No, no Yoshi! You're the One! I've seen this! We're in the Matrix!"
"Wha? How can that be? This is just a dream-"
"Well, you ever think that mabey this entire world is your dream? You've seen the Matrix before!"
Yoshi didn't have time to speak. If he was the One, then he had to kick some butt. The thugs were mutating into agents faster then Wario was ripping his costume.
"Alright," Yoshi thought. "What kind of bone-crushing moves should I unleash on these bozos?"

Yoshi looked on the ground, looking for weapons or some kind of pole. All the while, Wario was complaining on how dumb his costume was. "Why do I have to be Trinity? This is so embarassing......" He ripped it up with his bare hands, just so everyone knew how tough he was. "Muwahahahaha! The hero returns! Isn't this fantastic, guys? I can finally kick some major butt without having to-"
He paused.
"Wario? Are you alright?" Mario held his fist up. "Speak to me, Wario!"
Wario didn't say a word. He twitched and shook like a mad man. "Gaghhhhh......." His face and body changed into the form of an odd looking man in a sports coat.
Wario had been transformed into an agent of the system. No longer a friend of Yoshi, he was their greatest enemy.
"Everyone, run!" Mario ordered D.K and Luigi to run away, but as he turned to face them, he was grabbed by to very large brutes.
"Join us Mario." The first one said blankly.
"Yes. Let us serve the system."
Luigi and Donkey Kong had also transformed into agents. Mario couldn't believe what a pickle he was in. The three former buddies all grabbed him and shock him violently.
"You must not resist him. Let him take your soul. It must happen." The three were chanting in a very monotone voice. They had become mindless slaves.
"It's no use," Agent Luigi sighed. "He must die."
"Don't think so." Yoshi had found some guns...lots of guns. It was time to unload a few rounds.
"BAM!" Yoshi fired upon the villians. But, like in the movie, they dodged effortlessly.
"Crap. This won't work. They still have Mario too. There's only one thing to do......."
He let go of his arms and ripped a steal parking meter from the ground.
"DIEEEEEEEEE!!!!" Yoshi swung it around, but wasn't doin' to well.
The agents smacked him to the ground with their iron fists.
"What a waste. Let us take this one to Agent Subcon. He will know what to do."
The four vanished into the sky. Yoshi had never seen anyone jump so high.
"No! Mario! Please help me, Dei T........."
"Well, that's what I'm here for......" Dei T. was speaking to Yoshi, but the poor dino couldn't see him.
"Dei T? Get us out of here! I don't care about the story anymore, or even being called stupid! I wanna go home."
Dei T. Sighed. "I...I'm sorry. Subcon has trapped us inside the realm. He wants to destroy you guys for what has happened in the past. I can't break his barrier. He has become far too strong, even for my power."
"Fine, but can you at least send me some fight programs? You might as well act as my operator, right?"
Yoshi picked himself up, and found the courage to fight. He had become a master of multiple fighting techniques in only 5 seconds.
"I KNOW KUNG FU!" He screamed.
"I hope those help, Yoshi. The others took Mario to Subcon. I can give you a map if you want."
Yoshi thought, "With my new power, I won't need a map! I'll rip this city apart!"

"Hmmmmm...." he thought to himself. Mabey, just mabey........I'm not ready yet. This is great power. But I've never used something so great. If I recieve some more training, then I can unleash my full potential." He calmed down and kept loose.
"Dei T....please get me outta here. I need more training!"
"I understand. Retreat is a battle strategy in itself. Many a warrior won wars retreating from a fight. In fact, those who never fight often gain something greater! Why, just the other day-"
"Just get me the heck outta here!" Yoshi screamed.
"Ohhh, alright. Just tryin' to deliver a triumphant speech. Sheesh!"
Yoshi waited a few minutes to recieve instruction. The old man wasn't exactly on par with the young dino's speed.
"Well, are you gonna do something or what?"
"*SNORE* Yawn.....wha?" Dei T. answered back.
"HEY! My friends are in danger over here! I need more training, you old fart!"
"You young people have no respect for yer eleders. Pick up that cell phone on the ground."

Yoshi took orders as if the instructor was Mario. He picked up the cell phone and.......vanished.

Yoshi and Dei. T. were inside a training program that Dei T. made himself. The object was to punch each other at least once.
"Alright Yoshi.....pick your weapon."
Three weapons were laid out on the hard wood floor. Or, what an idiot might call weapons.

2. Fake Dog poop
3. Finger Nail clipper.
"What the heck am I supposed to do with this crap?" Yoshi yelled.
"Well, if your the One, you wont need to dodge bullets......."
"Huh?"
"Never mind. Just pick a weapon!"

Yoshi ran up to Dei T. and threw a fast punch, but missed, and landed flat on his face. He got up and tried an axe kick swinging punch combo. Swish! He missed again. Yoshi cursed under his tounge.
"Oh, getting a little angry, aren't we?"
"Just warmin' up, you dirty old-"
"Bass are often yummy when cooked with hamburger cheese."
Yoshi growled, threw muliple punches, and missed yet again.
"Gaghhhh! Why isn't this working?"
"Try the rubber chicken!"
"Are you nuts? I can't even hit you, let alone smack you with this piece of-"
"You need to learn respect, young one! Like keeping your tounge in line!"
Smack! Yoshi was pushed back into a wall. Breathless, he tried to stand, but the pain in his chest was too great.
*cough!* "MAN you're strong!"
"No, just really fast. I landed 15 punches in .32 seconds."
"How?"
"Hey, when you're the God of all creation, then you must be fast! Well, perhaps I'm not God, but I'm pretty close..."
While he wasn't looking, Yoshi lashed out his tounge and grabbed him at the knee. Dei T, however, was not impressed. He simple stood still.
"Go ahead......lift me as high as you can. You'll never do it."
He was right. As hard as he tried. Yoshi could not lift him.
"No! Come on, go!"
"Hehehe! If you can't defeat me, then how will you ever defeat Subcon?"
Yoshi sighed. "You mean...he's stronger then you?"
"Well, if he wasn't, I would have defeated him by now. This world would be called Dei T. Land if I had control. I used to have control.....but that was a long time ago. Before the world was filled with hate."
Yoshi took back his tounge and held up the rubber chicken.
"If this works, I'll shoot myself. Okay old man.....take this!"
He threw the rubber chicken, but instead of hitting Dei T, it exploded.
KABLAMMERS! *Hey, a new word!*
"Dei T? I'm so sorry, master!"
Dei T. stood up and laughed.
"See? I told you it would work! hings are not as they seem in the Matrix. You of all people should know that. You've seen the movie three times!"
Yoshi understood it now. "The lesson was not about combat.....but about the unexpected! Right?"
"Nah, I just like to mess with ya! Exploding chicken! Hah! That's a good one!"
Yoshi smirked and growled.
"Just...let's do something else."
"Your call."
Yoshi noticed that the chicken was still intact he ran over and picked it up.
"I hope this will come in handy later. Now mabey I should....."

The entire chapter will keep going until Yoshi's HP runs out, or until he makes it to Mario. Depending on what weapons you guys picked and how much training he went through will give us the total outcome.
Yoshi was entered into the Matrix as soon as he left the training program.
"Alright," Dei T. said. "I hope you're ready for this. I can lead you to the building they have Mario in, but after that, it seems as if communications will go down. Okay, take a left on Parker road."
Yoshi followed orders and went straight down the street left to Parker. He noticed that a couple of thugs were posted by the brick wall that lead down to the next street.
"DT, what should I do?"
"Hmmm, you did recieve a weapons training. Did you take the combat program?"
If you took the combat training, fight the thugs.
If not, then skip the fighting and ask DT for more instruction.
Look back at the past pages I wrote. Choose the 1st or 2nd, depending on if you took the combat training of course.

The two were talking loud enough for the thugs to hear them.
"Hey, you!" The fat one screamed.
Thug number one smacked Yoshi with a baseball bat, hitting him to the ground.
"He he...That'll teach ya!"
Yoshi tried to get up, but the pain was too much to bare. He had the combat programs given to him, only he had not recieved traing on how to use them. Yoshi was doomed!

"I can still fight....."
WHAM! The other thug hit him with his bare hands.

Yoshi stood his ground. "Okay, so I have power, I just.....don't know how to use it."
He threw the biggest punch he could muster at thug #1, however, he actually hurt himself.
YOSHI HP: 70
"Ouch! This is so lame." He cried. Thug #1 laughed at his pathetic attempt to do some damage.
"You call that a punch? THIS is a punch!"
He tossed one at Yoshi, but before it could land, the thug screamed.
"Gagghhghgh! NO BOSS! Please-have mercy!!"
The thug was gobbled up into a purple mass of a sticky-like substance. In his place stood a very tall, menacing figure.
"So...we meet again, Yoshi. It's only been an hour or so."
"Subcon, I should've known you'd show your face around here sometime. What do you want from me?"
"Mmmmm...I can smell your fear....I'm feeding on it. It's what I need to survive, and Yoshi....you have a lot of it. The fear of being called stupid....the fear of losing your friends....I love it all! I need more. More power, so I can break into the real world. I'm tired of this place, you know. It's the smell....it's like a never ending epidimic. I must get out....I must get free. And your going to-"
"Shove it. I'm not helping."
"Bad choice of words my friend."
He pulled Yoshi up by the head and punched him in the gut. Blood came out of Yoshi's mouth.
"Gagh!"
The punch was hard enough to send him through eight brick walls.
YOSHI HP: 1
"Nooooo...must get....my cell phone."
Just as Subcon was about to give out the final blow, Yoshi pulled out his cell phone. In a flash of an illuminant green light, he vanished.
"Well, I told you. Your just not strong enough to fight him yet." Yoshi was pulled out of the Matrix right before he died. Dei T. and him were talking it over a large cup of tea.
"Come on. You must get real. If you have great power but don't know how to use it, how will defeat even the weakest of foes? You need to grab onto your power....never let go."
"Alright, I'm ready for more training."
Dei T. handed him three small programs. Each one had something written on it.

Okay, after the Matrix, the story will take a turn for the better. Other people will be able to write afterwords, and other ideas will come into play.
Yoshi prepared himself to travel into the mental version of the program. If he was going to take Subcon on, he had to become more aware of the Matrix.
"Sigh.....here I go," he thought. He sat down into the chair that put him into the program.
A bright light surrounded him and in no time, he was with Dei T, inside the edges of the Matrix.
"Yoshi, you must understand that Subcon is everywhere. He can find you even if your mind is cleared. Sit down, and relax."
Yoshi did as he was told. He shut his eyes, just for a moment, but when he opened them, he found himself in another dojo.
"What is this? I thought combat training was on a different program..."
Dei T. did not answer. He just stood there in the corner. Yoshi, of course, walked up to him.
"Die....die!!!" DT screamed. He turned around and threw a punch. It missed Yoshi, but only because he vanished.
DT came back up from the ground and began to run around the floorboard. Multiple DT's held Yoshi in place. One of them dashed up and kicked him in the chest, it missed, just like before.
"After images," Yoshi thought. "They're not real, so they disappear before they land. Which one is the real one though?"
"Round and round I go! Which one's real, even I don't know."
Yoshi was attacked from all sides, each one going for his legs and arms. They all vanished. One last Dei T. dashed up and swung for his neck.
"Another fake?"
Yoshi was hit hard. He almost spit up blood, but before he could, he was tapped out.
"You know why the last one was real?" Dei T. asked.
"No...I don't."
"The other attacks were to your limbs and stomach. Vital parts, but not vatal if hit hard enough. Subcon is going for the kill. He will attack your head and neck."
Yoshi cried. "Why am I so weak?"
Dei T. laughed. "Because you are!"
He transformed into Subcon.
"No! Subcon!"
"No, Dei T. Remember what I told you? He feeds on that stuff. You must learn not only the world, but the master."
Yoshi picked himself up and replied, "I need to go back for more training. Lemme see the programs."

Okay, everybody. Who would like to help me write this story? It's stress and toil for me and chemistry at the High School, so I'll have to put extra time towards that. Yoshi picked himself off the floor and asked, "Mr. T.....take me back into the traing program. I must learn more of the world around me."
"Hmmmmm....Lord T. said. I understand that you are in a terrible pickel here. Cheating is highly againts the rules here in Subcon, but eh..what the heck. I can help you, my child."
"You can? How?"
"Indeed I can. However, it is only possible for me to do so much. I don't want Lizard Dude or another mod mad at me for cheating. It is looked down upon here in the Fungi Forums."
"Eh? What are you-"
"Nevermind. Listen to my every word. I know that your friends are in terrible danger. So I'm giving you a choice."
He held out his hands, and in each hand, was a pill. One Red. One Blue.
"I know what this is about Lord T. If I take the blue pill....."
"You can leave the story, wake up and believe whatever you want to believe. But if you take the red pill..."
"I must stay and fight. Not only for my friends, but for my own gains. That's selfish of me...it is."
"Think though...if you take the red pill, you can solve your problems. Wario can lose weight! Luigi can become tougher. Mario can become a better person. And D.K...can do whatever he wants."
Yoshi thought long and hard.
"What if I take no pill at all? I can't fight forever."
"Then you stay here....and can continue your struggle to become stronger. But if you take a pill, then I truely know you are devoted to your choice. Red...you want to become stronger. Blue...you wish for the safety of your friends. This is for keeps. After this, you can never go back."
The young dino held out his hands.
"I'll take the......"

Lord T. gave Yoshi a funny look. No one had ever asked him a stupid question like that before.

"He he," Yoshi laughed. "I've always wanted to do that. I think your face is blushing red, T."
Lord T. looked down at his feet, finding humor in the situation. "It's just....nevermind."
He handed Yoshi the red pill. The young dino blushed a little.
"What now?" T. asked.
"Ummm, this might come as a shock to you, but....I've never taken medicine before. I have a pretty good virus-blocking system."
"Virus what? Wow, I didn't know you were so immature."
Yoshi growled at him. "I know what you're doing, you jerk. Tryin' to find my weak spots, aren't you? Just watch me swallow this pill"
"Okay, your funeral!"
Yoshi stuffed it down his mouth, and it wasn't lond before he was gagging.
"Ack! Aghckkkk!! Helck! Meackkk!!"
"Sigh, I always get this."
Lord T. raised his hand and put the pill through Yoshi's throat.
"Gasp! Why couldn't you have done that in the first place?"
"I dunno, I just like to see people choke!"
Yoshi got to his feet and growled again.
"Gaghh! You on gaurd old man? Take this!"
He threw a punch...and was blocked by Lord T.
"Lesson one! If you can't beat me, then you will never beat Subcon. Not in a million years. The first thing to do is to find peace with each other. You must respect me."
Yoshi backed down and sat in a criss-cross position.
"I took the red pill........train me, Lord T."
"A wise choice, young one."
They trained for hours on end. Finally, Yoshi was ready.
"That was very wonderful Yoshi. You are my greatest pupil. I believe you are ready to take down Subcon once and for all!"
Yoshi put on his sunglasses and black coat.
"There is no spoon," he said.
"Very good......you know, I've watched that movie 50 times, and I still don't know what that means."
"Beats me," Yoshi replied.
"Whatever.......here, I need you to find some sort of location to put you in. Pick one, I don't care."
"Hmmmmmmm," Yoshi sighed. "Can I let bigluigifan or YR do it for me? I'll mess it up, I bet."
"Go for it," T. said. "Whoever those guys you speak of are."
"Okay, you guys! Help me out!"

"I'm hungry," Yoshi sighed. "Send me to the deli."
"Oh, this is no time for a snack. You have a whole world to save, remember?"
"Whatever. That's where I wanna go, so that's that."
Yoshi was beamed all the way to the deli, and of course, wanted a snack. He walked into the store and stared at the menu.
"Uhhh....I think I'll have a triple-ham and cheese....no, a grilled chicken deluxe, or mabey.....can I just have a diet soda?"
"No, but you can have a fist," the cashier replied.
KAZAM! In an instant, Subcon was here. He had used the body of the poor cashier and made his way into the deli.
"Oh no, not you again......."
"He he he! Try as you might, I'll always find you. Mamamia.......let's-a go."
He transformed himself into Mario and shot a tremendous fireball at Yoshi. Luckily, the dino had learned a few tricks since their last meet. He dodged with ease.
"Darn, he toasted the deli....." He flew into the sky and waited for Subcon.
BAM! The deli exploded into ashes and Subcon flew out. He tried to smash Yoshi on the rebound but missed again.
"Stand still," he screamed.
Yoshi looked him straight in the eyes and laughed. "I'm stronger then you think Subcon. I've been trained well."
"My brother."
"Yes."
Subcon dashed up and threw another punch, and missed again when Yoshi took a huge duck.
YOSHI: 300HP
SUBCON: ?
"That's it," Subcon replied. "It's time to die."
He pulled out a weapon that looked like a pistol and fired multiple rounds. Yoshi deflected each one of them.
"Grrr.....so weapons won't work. What will work, eh?"
"Okay, I know he's holding back," Yoshi thought. "What should I do?"

The sky rumbled with every blow Yoshi threw at Subcon. He had become quite powerful indeed.
BAM! Yoshi's punch had sent the evil tyrant flying into the ground, destroying every object that got in the shockwave's path.
"This isn't what I had planned," Subcon thought. "I should've defeated this little runt by now. I suppose it's time to...."
He paused noticing Yoshi had gathered a gigantic fire ball in his palm.
"Dei T. didn't teach me this one. It's one of my own, passed down to me from my best friend Mario. Here, this is for you!"
He fired it directly at Subcon. It hit with earth-breaking force. An over-sized mushroom cloud filled the air and engulfed the entire city.
Yoshi gasped, knowing that he had destroyed the Matrix and his friends.
"No.....Mario. How could I? Have I reached the end? Is it over?"
"No, I don't think so," an evil voice spoke out.
The cloud cleared to reveal that the city was still intact, as well as the enemy he had fired the ball at. Subcon held it in his palm, the massive energy Yoshi had gathered. The smoke was a result of the friction moving againts good and evil.
"He he. What a fool. THIS IS MY OWN MOVE! Bah, what a joke. I guess I shoud thank you. Your doubt that you had killed Mario saved me."
"You mean....the attack would've worked?"
"Yes, but your last second fear made me stronger. Thanks.....oh, and this is for you."
Subcon tossed it back at Yoshi at full force speed. It was moving at such a rate that no living being could dodge it.
"This is it. I have to-"
Suddenly, I bight flash of light flashed around the whole area, as a short but powerful Toad made his way into the battle.
"I think I can take it from here Yoshi."
"Dei T? Is that you?"
Dei T. held up his hand and deflected the ball into the depths of the Matrix. It was gone forever.
Dei T. flew down and confronted his brother.
"Fight me Subcon. I have no fear. It'll be a fare fight."
Subcon looked into the eyes of his brother, knowing that this was the end. It was either him or T, and the fight would decide the entire outcome of the world itself.
"Brother, you know as well as I do that I am stronger. There is always doubt in the world. It gives me an edge. If that stupid Dino could not defeat me, then I doubt you will prevail."
"I'm gonna give it a shot. Or are you to scared?"
"Mother always loved you best. I will enjoy watching you suffer........"
Dei T. stood tall, knowing that the universe was dependent on his skill. He didn't want Yoshi to get hurt in the battle, so he ordered him to leave.
"Yoshi, leave this fight. I know you only had a short crack at this monster, but that was your greatest attack. May I tell you the truth?"
Yoshi nodded. "What truth?"
"Subcon was only using 10 % of his true power. He is too strong, I'm afraid."
Yoshi cried. "Man, do I suck or something? I was given the greatest of traing, and I still couldn't beat him. I'm weak....WEAK, WEAK, WEAK, WEAK! I might as well-"
"Yoshi, you know that's only making him stronger. Please leave. I promise everything will be all right."
Yoshi held his head high. "N-o-o matter......the outcome....of this fight, I sware....on my tounge, that....I WILL GET STRONGER!"
He stomped his foot, and flew off. "Dei T, I will find Mario! I will return to help you!"
Yoshi disappeared into the sky, leaving Dei T. with his brother.
"Hmmm.....I'll destroy that little worm as soon as I kill you, my brother."
"You will not lay a finger on Yoshi. Show me youyr true form, you beast."
"Yes. It's been quite a while........"
The beast began to scream out in agony, his face twitching faster then sound. He was about to undergo a transformation.
END OF PART ONE. (Sorry, I just felt like saying this!)
Subcon transformed from Mario to a hideous frog-like creature, one simalar to Wart but far more beastly. He had fangs that stretched from his mouth to the bottom of his arms. He was extremly muscular, with red eyes that could kill the soul of a great hero. His entire body was surrounded with an aura, blue as the night sky. Spikes covered his back. The worst part of this new incarnation, however, was the fact that he drooled blood. He was a terrible beast indeed.
"READY TO DIE, BROTHER?"
"Dei T. threw away his cloak, revieling a body that was not old but very young. He was taller, and buffer too.
"This is my true form Subcon. It's been a while since I've ever had a fight like this one. Impossible odds....but I still fell like a can win."
"FOOLISH THOUGHTS......JUST WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM AN IDIOT LIKE YOU........."
The field was set for the greatest battle of the universe. It was the end all to end alls.

Okay. 5 it is.
Subcon licked his lips and cracked his knuckles as he prepared to unleash a holy terror upon his younger brother. The two super powers stood at both ends of the playing field, representing good and evil. After centuries of toying with one another, each one never having true control of the dream universe, both fighters felt as if they had nothing to lose. This was the end, and only one of them was going to win.
"Brother," Subcon said quietly. "I will kill that little dino. He is the last hope for this pathetic universe. You and I both know you did not bring him here to 'solve his problems'. No....you just needed someone to help destroy me! How stupid.....tricking that fool into doing what you wanted him to do." He was trying every trick in the book to get under Dei T.'s skin.
"No I didn't.......that boy may posses powers greater then mine. But I brought him here to learn the true meaning of life itself."
"And that is?" Subcon screamed. The entire Matrix crumbled beneath his might. "I don't suppose it's to learn how to write a proper story, huh?!"
"The purpose of life is to live it. And I'm ending your's, today!"
"Enough of this foolish jawing! Let the universe give tribute to this great battle!"
Dei T. was the first to strike. He threw a mighty punch, but was blocked by Subcon. The beast tried to snap it off, but T. delievered a earth-rocking kick to his face. However, Subcon blocked this one too. It wasn't long before he had all of T.'s limbs rapped up in his claws.
"Try me. Get out of this."
He tried to escape, but Subcon was too strong.
"Pity. I thought this would last longer."
Subcon used his head to bash T.'s body into the ground. Picking his up once more, he jabbed him in the side, teleported, and kicked once more. Lord T. flew into a nearby buliding. Subcon sighed to himself.
"I wanted to bring that idiot's head to Yoshi, but there's nothing left of him now. Oh well-"
Suddenly, a great energy wave came out from the building. It hit Subcon and knocked him to the ground.
"Aghh!!! It burns!!" He screamed.
"Always turning your back. I thought you would have learned better by now.
"Grrr......you shut up! You-"
He turned to see it was not Dei T, but Yoshi.
"You...how'd you get so strong?"
"I didn't. Your just weak!"
"No....it's not true! I can kill you right now!"
He fired I breath of fire from his mouth, which ate Yoshi in a second.
"Ha. Your not so strong after all!"
A shadow figure exited the blaze. It was Yoshi, unharmed and ready for more.
"No! This can't be!" Subcon began to shrink down a few sizes.
Yoshi laughed. "Now I know your weakness.........."
Yoshi morphed himself into Dei T. The clever Toad had tricked his brother.
"$#@#!" Subcon cursed. "You always were a tricky-"
"Mabey I should shut that mouth of your's for good, you coward."
Subcon looked into the eyes of his brother. He shook with fear, knowing that T. had won round 1.

Dei T. gave his brother a dark stare in the eye that would have scared the life out of a regular person. Subcon growled and began to pump his fist, giving T. the impression that he was ready for round two. The sky began to flood with darkness; the earth shoke, the heaven's trembled....the works. The Matrix was no longer then the location of the playing feild. It vanished into thin air, leaving Yoshi looking for his friends in a dark void of sorts. He was lost in his thoughts.
"What's going on? Is there an earthquake? As Subcon killed.....no, I refuse to believe that. He's too powerful. After all, he defeated me, and I gave Subcon a-"
"He was only using 10 % of his power."
These words hit Yoshi's heart with force. Tears dripped from his large eyes.
"*sniff* This is no time for tears. I must find my friends." He flew on........
The sky continued to blacken as Subcon screamed louder and harder. Nothing would stand in his way, not even his brother. If it came down to it, Subcon would kill himself to destroy Dei T. He was driven beyond evil.
"What are you doing, you monster?" Lord T. stood by his ground, waiting for the worst. Then it hit him.
"Wait. No! Subcon, please don't! You remember the last time you did this, don't you? Remember the Big Bang? Remember?
"WHATEVER IT TAKES......." Subcon yelled. "Whatever it takes!"
He held a small ball of energy in his palm. Dei. T. had seen this destruction before. It had done many things to the universe around him. But now, the beast was using it againts one person.
"Stop it! I beg of you!"
"Now who is weak? Huh?! At your feet. What a disgrace......."

That's right, Yoshi fans. It's back with a whole new meaning. Yes, I know I haven't posted in this in a long time, but I wanted a story similar to this. Instead of making a new one, I'll just bump this here.......(please do not kill me mods.)
Yoshi snapped out some weird dream he was having, about the Matrix and other irrelevent bull that has long since been forgotten. "Geeze, who's the idiot who thought THAT up?" Yoshi asked with a heavy sigh. "Oh well, it did inspire me to get my lazy butt out of the house and actually write something." He stood up, stretched out his back with a loud "CRACK" abd slumped back down. "Man, I'm hungry. I wonder if Mario want's to go out for some.......I dunno, fruit? Blech. Where's the beef?" He stumbled over the the front door and opened it up, as the sun melted away the late night's "ugly face." Yoshi stepped outside and slammed the door behind him. Mario's house was only about a mile away, so he walked with a heavy heart. Along the way, he thought about his dream. "Okay, so that's some weird monster and Dei T...........yikes, it's as if some guy slapped this all down on paper lighting quick and put it on the internet. Has he no shame? Wait, who am I talking about again?" His mind was a twisted vortex, of which there was no escape, blood dripping from the walls as terrible beasts drool at the mere sight of a.............well, that was crap. How long must I search for the perfect story until I finally gaze upon the brilliance of.......of...........
"Hey, shut up!" Yoshi cried out in a rude tone.
"Eh? Since when can characters of my stories break the 4th wall and speak to me?"
"Since you put it on paper! You're typing all of my lines!"
"Oh really? Then take this!"
Yoshi, the brainless idiot of a stupid head went to the store to by juice. Being the stupid idiot that he is, he instead went to the gun emporium and died. THE END. "How funny is that, Mr. Smart guy?"
"That wasn't even funny," Yoshi cried out. "So I just went to the emporium and died? See, that's the kind of crude that ruins stories! You start out great, but it ends in ruin!"
"Well, how 'bout I put you through another one of those-"
What should Yoshi do?
1. Kill the author.
2. Go through another crappy 5 second story?
3. Take over the story himself?

So Yoshi killed the author. The story ended because know one else could write it. Okay, so mabey I, Yoshi am writing it as your puny minds gaze upon my brilliance. It feels good to be king! Uh........not sure what to do with this. Mabey I should make myself ruler of the universe, hmm? Or not. Wow. Never expected to be such a terrible author. I need more practice. Can someone PLEASE help me out here?
Yoshi will......I mean, I will........
1. Go to Writer's school.
2. Get someone else to write the story.
3. Try CPR on the deceased author.
4. Try an odd shaman spell to revive the deceased author.

"I know, I'll try a shaman spell!" Yoshi stood up, raised his hands, and began to chant. This went on for about 3 hours or so, until he realized he didn't actually know any shaman spells. "Well, that was useless," he said with a frown. "Why would I want to bring the author back anyway? This is pointless........" Suddenly, as if out of nowhere, sprang the largest "writer's manual" he had ever seen. On the front it read 'Wrighting tips for really, really stupid dinosaurs.' Yoshi stared at the cover as his face turned lobster red. "Aggghhh! I hate when this happens! The guy spelled the word 'writing' wrong!" He grabbed the largest marker he could find, located at the "Useless large items for sale" store. As he began to mark he asked, "You know, it's as if the author is still writing this." Once again, suddenly if out of nowhere, blood began to drip from the sky. Yoshi moved out of the way, as it crashed to the ground. "Yikes! He is still alive! And his blood is all over the place!" I tried to wipe the stain of the paper, but it only made it worse. "Ah nut's, my story is ruined! I'll just have to make another one." The story was trashed and was never seen again. THE END.
Ouch! Perhaps a shaman spell was a bad idea! Care to choose another path?

So Yoshi went to writers school and got the best education money.....err, I mean fruit could buy. Which, in reality, was not all that great.
Yoshi: Well, this sucks. I'm not any better than when are started! I need some cash........
Just then, a small, $20 bill landed at his feet. He wasn't sure where it came from, but he suspected that fate had carried it to him. It wasn't much, but it was a start.
Yoshi: Mabey fate is telling me to take this and start a job. Or mabey not........
Should Yoshi:
1. Take the 20?
2. Leave it?
