Mario Chat / Re: non-midi Mario music

I've been searching for an mp3 of Rainbow Road for MK64 and an mp3 of the SMW Fortresses as they are part of my favorite Mario music collection. I have many Mario mp3's from the days of Napster, and I got some new ones from Bearshare, but if anyone actually has these mp3's can you please tell me where I can find them? Thanks. . .

You know, this is supoosed to be Mario-related. . .

Now to get on topic - my word is:

Mouser (not only a boss in SMB2, but a prime obstacle in Cheese Land on the MK:SC as well)

Eh. . .I'm saving my money for Super Smash Bros. Melee and Star Wars Rogue Squadron II
Maybe I'll get Luigi's Mansion later on, but not yet. . .

Heh. . .I remember the good old days when Blockbuster hosted tournaments for video games. . .the last time I competed was when I was five, and most of the games were for NES/SNES. . .of course I did bad due to my youth, but I still dominated for a 5 year old. Think of the damage I could do now, 9 years later. . .but now there's no tournaments at all. . .sad really. . .

Mario Chat / Re: RPG maker?

My version of RPG Maker 2k didn't come with a help file either, but I still managed to make 2 very good RPG's without it - I learn very quickly. On the things I had problems with, like graqhics and events, I found on this site: http://www.rpg2knet.com/news.shtml
They might even have the program there too, so I hope that helps!

Paper Mario vs. Bowser with scissors

(I'm betting on Bowser, but then again the giant lizard will probably mess it up as usual)

1. The best rank I got was ** in Extra Mushroom Cup 50cc - the easiest cup in the game.
2. I've unlocked all of the SNES courses in 50cc and 100cc so far. I'm getting close to beating all of the SC tracks in 150cc, so then I'll get the secrets in 150cc.
3. Yes, but its difficult
4. Not yet - I'm concentrating on Mario GP for now.
5. I wish. . .
6. Lightweight - Toad (Yoshi is really good also), Middleweight - Luigi, Heavyweight - Bowser
7. No, though I could imagine its fun. . .

Hey? Is this thing on? Hey, I'm on TV! Neat. . .hi mom and dad! I have several questions in which have been puzzling my mind. Ok, do you believe that Mario Sunshine and Luigi's Mansion have any relation to each other in terms of gameplay (eg. you need both games to see the true ending like Pokemon Red and Blue)? If so, how do you believe they might be related? Also, when in the world did Sega and Nintendo join forces, because Sonic Adventure 2 along with some other video games are officially scheduled to be released for the Gamecube, as seen here http://www.nintendo.com/spaceworld/gamesngc.html ? And as for my final question, what are some possible secret characters and stages in SSBM and which ones do you believe will actually be in this seemingly amazing game? My thanks in advance for answering my questions, and I love the show!

Mario Chat / Re: Stupid Final Bosses. . .

You're right about the Hammer Bros. suit being able to kill Bowser (I'm not sure about the Tanooki Suit, but you're probably right about that too), but in order to have those suits in the final battle, you cannot take any hits throughout the whole castle or else you'll lose your suit, which would make the game much harder. In any case, if Bowser didn't crush the floor in SMB3, only Hammer (or Tanooki) Mario would be able to stop him, and since its difficult to beat the whole castle without taking any damage, it would be very difficult to beat Bowser and Bowser would have a much greater advantage against his mortal foe, but instead he stupidly crushes the floor when he sees that its caving in, thus falling to his demise.

Mario Chat / Re: Peach vs. Daisy
« on: September 01, 2001, 09:11:06 PM »
Peach knows healing moves, obviously making her almost invulnerable to defeat by herself, which is proven in SMRPG. Plus if you give Peach a frying pan. . .for those reasons and the reasons Roy stated I'm definitely going to put my money on Peach, despite Daisy's more tomboyish attitude.

BTW - I can't wait to see how Peach is going to battle in SSBM. . .must get SSBM. . .
