in adventure mode on the first level mushroom kingdom, cross the flag when the timer is on something for 2 seconds like 2:52. you'll see the surpised look and then you will fight luigi instead of mario. if you beat adventure mode without continuing you will get him.  Another factor to this is if another person challenged you, you will not get luigi.  i suggest u do this 5 lives very easy mode.

the only game plum has appered in is mario golf 64, not mario gulf 64. There is no game that i know is named with mario and a body of water.

i dont know how mario is missing since it was a little out of my generation, but i have seen mario's time machine being played and if the edutaniment game was terrible, but if all luigi staring games have bad feedback, yet i love luigi's mansion.....well first for saying that i will get insulted so never mind

 just when the mario bros. thought they were done for, mario and luigi heard a fimular voice "come quick! a prisioner has escaped!"
then thier toad retainer guards franticly came to see.  At the moment, they heard fighting going around, then  they saw two baby bowsers wearing the toads' clothes and a fake mushroom top hat.  The mario bros. were shocked to see them do such a thing. "Bowser wants to see ya, obviously those mech bros are causing a havoc in bowser's castle also.  Act natural if someone comes, we are soposed to wait for a monty mole to break u out." the mario and luigi were shocked to hear this!  their hope came from thier worst enemy.  A few minutes late monty mole came and dug a hole to thier cell. afterwards everybody went done it.
