The first word pointing to that guy is だれ？ (Who?). The secondary comment in the edited version, which you can probably read, says, "Oh, & ↓ ain't
Chup."
As for the kanji, I originally put 兄 (older brother) by mistake. Once I realized that I got the characters mixed up, I came back and "changed" it to 足 (leg or foot).
Wanna know something weird? I was thinking of drawing something that involved a meteor speeding toward Earth's surface, and then I watched your weird drawing draw paint a cool purple-and-green one.
