What's up with North Korea?

I know this won't last very long , but I want to know why North Korea is all of a sudden TO'd, and resents to firing missles at us. Does anybody know?

The Chef:
Kim Jong II is a total nutjob, that's why.

G-Dawg:
I know that, but is he really willing to start another war with us?

The Chef:
Possibly, but based on their arsernal compared to ours, it'd be best if we didn't bother them, that way they won't bother us.
