What level is the wind pushing against u?

I don't think there is any wind in SMB.  Although, there is in the Lost Levels.  It's in 5-1 at the stairs.  You have to make a running jump and the wind will carry you.  Do the same thing after the first short stairs in 7-1.  There is also a lot of wind in 7-3 and some in 8-1.
