I can't find the answer to puzzle 1-9! I'm stuck! Could someone help?

I'm talking about the puzzle mode in the SNES version. I can't solve it!

I'd help, except I'm stuck on the same puzzle! But I remember solving it one time. Once I solve it, I'll let you know.

I'm also stuck at 3-10 and 4-10.
