Is it cause his name starts with D and he like the band weezer?

Well, Deezer. For instance, on my sisters message board on the Showtime Stargate SG-1 site. The SGC administrator is on some time and make sure that nobody is being rude or use vulgar. Well now you do the dame thing right? That is what I am asking. How do you become an administrator. (sorry for the long explanation)
