Yes! Thanks to the Lemon Brothers and Superplay # 15
(Jan 94) is the test level cheat.

REQUIREMENTS:
SNES
Mario World cartridge with spare save game.
Pro Action Replay (AR)

HOW TO DO IT:
Use AR code 7EODD501. Star ta new game. Walk to Yoshi's Island 2.
Activate AR switch. Swich off AR once you stop, and save game at ghost house.
Reset game and enter new code, 7E0DD502. Open game. Walk to Donut Plains 1.
Switch on AR. Turn off AR once you stop, go into Secret ghost house and kill big boo.
Save, and enter Star Road. Switch AR on. When you stop, switch the AR on.
When you stop, move to the next dot, and re-activate AR. Repeat until you walk to
Star Road 5. Re-Activate AR and you'll climb to top of hill. Switch AR off.
Enter level. VOLIA! LEVEL 97!

Well, there's an AR built into ZSNES,
but I think it'd be too darn hard to do
on an emu. I haven't tried it yet,
but I've seen the screenshots of Mario
walking over the map areas uncleared.

If there is the beta testers stage is there a possibility of any other hidden worlds?

Well, I hear a rumor that using that technique, you can get more levels,
bring the total from 97 to 104, but I don't
know how.
