That said, there was one time I went to a website that loaded a bunch of malware onto the computer at once, and I've suffered a couple of "infinite Internet Explorer windows" websites. Any prank "what's wrong with this picture" videos probably also qualify as life-ruiners because you feel like you're dying when you're paralyzed by the stare of the guy with no eyes.

Ha ha I got Last Measured once from a guy who claimed it was linking me to an article about "Dick Cheney's sudden death". It's a shame that didn't really happen but the fact remains that was my first shock site.
