Title: SNES emulator that records to wav files
Post by: Monfriez on August 13, 2000, 08:58:11 PM
I'm looking for a SNES emulator that will make sound recording, preferably wav files, and allows me to disable sound channels.

This is for a Mario project.

I don't know of any emulator that will do all that, but most recent versions of ZSNES and SNES9xwill record music in SPC format.  To play the SPC files you need an SPC player like WinSPC or Super Jukebox.  Super Jukebox now allows you to turn off channels, I believe.  You can find both in the SPC player sections on <www.zophar.net>

You probably already knew that, though.
