Title: How do you edit SNES roms?

How do you edit SNES roms? I was just wondering and i saw that like the mario games were edited..so i was just wondering..plz reply with something :Dplease.

There's a program called Lunar Magic, and it's only for Windows.
You can download it from the "Level editors" Section in TMK.
You will also need the rom and an emulator, i recommen ZSnes or SNES9x.
