Well yes, but I'm sure I can catch it online somewhere.

I was watching The Simpson when the dryer beeped so I inadvertently paused the TV at about the 22 second mark of this commercial:  http://www.ispot.tv/ad/71gv/motorola-moto-x-customize-song-by-kanye-west

On my way back up from checking on the laundry my daughter asked, "Did you turn the Wii U on?" referring to the paused screen.

That's silly. A lot of employers don't send their W2's out until that date anyway.

Yep, advertise the Xbox One on a Mario fansite. Good job, respective marketing teams.

I see what you're saying, but just because one plays Mario games doesn't mean that that's all one plays.

I know, and I'm pretty sure that they probably didn't go through each site on the internet that runs ads to determine if they should advertise there, they probably just went for video game themed websites.

I would imagine that's what happened.

"But what if these run on irrelevant sites?"

"Pfft. They're all gamers. Nobody will ever notice."

Normally, ads for random games don't catch my attention too much, but the logo seems to have a bit of a political affiliation.

I'd be terrified if I saw that rolling over the horizon.
