That game is terrible, and It has the lamest name and plot ever ... The music pretty great though

I like Streets of Rage out of all the beat-em-ups out there, but The Simpsons arcade and Final Fight come pretty close.

WhatwhatWHAT? A guy who looks like Duke Nukem tells you the president has been kidnapped by ninjas, and questions your bad dudeliness as an incentive to rescue him. I see no problem.

Also, name and plot do not a good game make.
