my bro went on gamespot.com and he read something about the ps3 and a guy said"the playstation is not a game machine and it never was" then what was the ps1? and what kind of name is xbox360 and its not a box so its not an xBOX360

The PS1-PS3 are all game machines because they play video games that no other system does.

What kind of name is GameCube? It's not even a cube!

And for the record, the Gamecube is not a cube. They only named it that because it's much better than "Nintendo Rectangular Prism with handle on back".
