My personal favorite region was Hoenn but BW/B2W2 was a desperately needed breath of fresh air for the series.
Honestly, even aside from how early on it was, there are just a lot of design choices in the first two gens (mainly in terms of balancing) that make me not like them, even though the remakes are pretty cool (even though HGSS doesn't solve GSC's biggest issue, which is having no opportunities for postgame level grinding with the exception of the Elite 4, which would be fine if Kanto wasn't there, or even just Red being removed.)
Also Cynthia being in Gen 7 is a nice surprise, even if she's not my favorite.
well, "surprise"

I have to admit considering they hate "social marxism" they sure do love making sure every single person has their place, fits inside determined roles, and can only do what's expected of them, and not what they want, they sure do seem to love actual marxism applied to social structure.
Which would be, y'know, social marxism.

Birth control makes you fat, and as we all know being fat is disgusting and should never be allowed in a civilised society.
OK I'm not saying being fat is perfectly healthy (from a purely health standpoint, you're not a bad person for being fat) but holy hell is Milo ****ing dumb.
I used to associate with some of them back when I thought it was purely taking the **** out of die-hard 3rd wave feminism but jesus christo they're some of the most bigoted, self-righteous, and unaware (self unaware I guess? they definitely don't understand the irony of what they're saying though) people I've ever met.
i hate humanity, see you guys in the nuclear blasts

Video Game Chat / Re: Which Video Game Company?

Honestly though I can't really think of any company I'd love to be a part of.
Nintendo would probably be the best one for me, but I really hate some of the policies they've been doing for a while, especially in regards to localization. Square-Enix is one I'd consider because I love JRPGs, especially Final Fantasies IV-X and Chrono Trigger, but the during this decade the only new game they've released that I've been majorly interested in is I Am Setsuna (though the Bravely series is pretty decent too). Bethesda I'd really only consider because there are so many things I hate about that company that I want to get it back in good condition. Really the main two I can think of are WayForward because I can't really think of a bad game from them that I've played (even though I'm not the biggest fan of platformers), and whatever the remnants of Black-Isle Studio is today.
They made Wastelander 2.
I love Wastelander 2. And Fallout 1 and 2. And New Vegas is pretty alright considering I'm not a huge fan of the Bethesda ones.
