Title: How do you type on Wii?

I tend to favor the cell-phone-esque pad, it's a lot faster and it's more difficult to make a typo with. As for the auto word creator, I hate it. It's really stupid. Especially if you like to type obscure words, as I usually do.

Here's something interesting: The auto-word dictionary has some odd words in it. Try typing the names of various Nintendo games or characters (escpecially noticeable with various kinds of Pok?mon) in it.

Oh, and I use the regular keyboard.

Keyboard with words on.  Using it now.  Wish I could add/remove words or use a USB keyboard.

The keyboard. The auto-correct really sucks...
MaxVance: Why wouldn't a Nintendo-brand typing mechanism include Nintendo-related words in its auto-correct?

I use both, but I rarely use the autocompletion thing.

EDIT: I mean the keyboard and dictionary.

When I get it hooked up to the "INTERNET," I'll use the keyboard.

You guys should try the cell-phone pad. It's really better than the keyboard, since it's faster and harder to make errors with.

Perhaps it's faster if you're used to typing on a cell phone, which I'm not. And I did try it.

I am using the Wii keyboard right now without the auto word guesser (or whatever you call it). This is my preferred method.

I'd use the auto-thing if it didn't always turn the periods at the ends of my sentences into .us. It's also kind of disagreeable in other areas.

The ".us" thing is annoying, I actually posted here without realizing it did that to one of my posts once, I edited it out a soon as noticed though. I use QWERTY btw.
