Hmm, my reasons to own a PSP appear to be creeping ever upward. Check out this neat platformer by SEGA, which may or not be somewhat like Super Paper Mario. Somewhat.
Crush movie (http://www.destructoid.com/coming-for-psp-crush-29428.phtml)

Hmm, it looks as if I'll need to dig my PSP out of that pile of dust.

			-
I thought you were saying you had a crush on the PSP.
And I was kind of like, yeah, it's got a few qualities that would make me kind of like it, but not enough for a serious relationship.

			-
That looks like one crazy game. It screams "hardcore platformer fans only!".

			-
I agree with Chup. It seems interesting, but it's nowhere near enough to make me want it.

			-
If it ever hits $150 I'll instantly get one.

Sega took Nintendo's idea and made it seem crappy!!

			-
I'm not sure whether you're talking about Crush or the PSP, so I'll tell you that a) Nintendo didn't invent the portable game system, and b) Nintendo didn't invent the platformer.

			-
I'm talking about the idea of mixing 2-d with 3-d!!

What is this "Nintnedo" of which you speak?

			-
				Fixed...

Funny, I thought Capcom developed Viewtiful Joe...

If I were more into video games and less into having fun, I could totally see this appealing to me.

I am so tired of everyone saying someone ripped off Nintendo's ideas for something. Nintendo didn't invent portable games, the platformer, the mascot, collectible items, trading card games, 2D/3D crossovers, party games, "casual" games, and a whole lot of other stuff. They've perfected a lot of them, but they didn't invent any of them.

			-
They did invent the platformer, Miyamoto specifically - it was called Donkey Kong. Perhaps you've played it!

			-
And, they did invent the trading cards, that was way back in the early days of nintendo!

			-
Those weren't trading cards. Trading cards are for trading. They were actually playing cards, which are for playing with.

			-
				Trading, Playing... Curses, foiled again!

I might have. Have you heard of a little game called Pitfall? Now don't go and say Nintendo invented the modern platformer, because that's called "updating an existing genre", not creating a new one. Pitfall = first platformer.

Nintendo didn't invent playing cards or trading cards; both were around since at least the 1300s.
Anyone else want some? Hmm?

			-
				Yeah I want some.
Donkey Kong - 1981
Pitfall - 1982

			-
				Ooooooooooooh! Buuuuuuuurrrrn!

			-
The irony of the PSP is that it costs alot more than the actual PS2....You'd think the PS2, the console version, would cost more.

			-
Uhhhhhhh, the PS2 is old hat these days. And it's cheap to manufacture. But mainly it's 7 years old.

Wait, aw, crap.
