Title: SMB Hard Mode Help

I have completed SMB (the GBA version, nothing is added or ommited, so you can do glitches and stuff) 2 years ago I unlocked hard mode. But how do I turn it off? I'm sick of all of these Buzzy Beetles!

Why do I want to turn it off? I want to see Goombas die by Mario's foot again!
Somebody tell me an Erase All Data code or a way to turn it off!
