Title: Burning Questions
Post by: ShadowBrain on December 22, 2007, 05:31:39 PM
Ever have one of those questions hanging around in the back of your head that you just want solved? Not "what's the meaning of life", or "what's the square root of 765", but Imponderables-type stuff (assuming you know what Imponderables are). Unload your brain's queries here, and who knows--maybe someone'll have an answer (or at least agree with you).

Personally, I've been curious why the symbol for "degrees" is the same for temperature and latitude/longtitude.

I've always been wondering where I can buy a flamethrower.

Answer: Yes

My Question: What makes Duct Tape so strong?

That's a hard one, I don't know!

I always wondered why people double post when there's a perfectly good "edit" button.

I'm curious as to why this thread exists.

Is there any reason(s) why it shouldn't exist?

My question is why isn't Megamush giving correct answers to legitimate questions.

My Question: What makes Duct Tape so strong?
Sorry I "mis-read" your question

I would like to point out to megamush that this thread is not in Forum Games. I'd also like to say that you do not have to reply to every single post on this thread. Only post if you have a legitimate awnser to a question.

"what's the square root of 765"
Being on the subject of Math, I'm sure EVERYONE already knows that the square root of 2000000.5 is approximately 1414 rounded to the nearest tenth, but I've always wondered this simple yet challenging question...

Did Adam and Eve have a Belly Button?

^ Ah, the cosmic question... to which I shall answer with a resounding "no". Of course, then that brings up the prospect of how two people ended up making everyone in the world... of course, then there was the flood, so that means everyone's related to Noah and his wife... Alright, let's not talk about that one.

Duct tape, duct tape... Looked it up, and aside from it being coated with a "rubber-based...pressure-sensitive adhesive", I've not a clue.

On the subject of Duct Tape...

I have made a Duct Tape suit complete with Duct Tape Pants, Duct Tape Shirt, and Duct Tape Gloves. I have worn them while Trick or Treating at Halloween as "Duct Tape Man" for 2 years now.

Heres the Question.

If I tried to sell the Duct Tape Pants on Ebay, how much do you think they would go for?

Technically, everyone would be related to Noah, his wife, their sons, and the sons' wives. That's a slightly larger gene pool to work with there.

^ What do you think you'd be, then? I'd say my... second cousin's dad's uncle in law's son once removed.
