I just got a PSP for Christmas, I was reading how strong Nintendo products are, then I was wondering how strong a PSP is?
Thanks for your answers.

PSP-users get quite strong, but the many side-effects (scarring body acne, shrunken testes, anger problems) makes you wonder if it's worth the athletic edge.

Serious reply:
PSPs are fragile pieces of blown glass. PSP Slims are somewhat more durable.
-
I've dropped mine several times and it (plus the game inside) was okay.
-
I don't believe it's as durable as most Nintendo products, but the most I've held a PSP is like, 10 minutes.
-
Well, the PSP will be okay as long as you don't throw it or drop it on...oh, I dunno...a rock?
-
I read about some stress tests before...Dropping it on carpet is fine and may cause the battery to pop out; dropping it on hard ground will probably cause some irreperable yet minor damage like messing up the disc reader or, more nastily, breaking the screen. Stepping on it will destroy it in some way; weighing less just delays it a couple seconds. And yes, I've seen someone step on a PSP before, in person. It wasn't pretty.

Thanks for the feedback!
P.S. I have a PSP Slim

Weight wouldn't affect droppage speed if that's what you're talking about.

He talking about weight of person stepping down upon the PSP.
P.S. to everyone: The proper term for the remodel PSP is PSP-2000.
