Wario Land 4 contains a Japanese-language song called MEDAMAYAKI. I've only read that the title means "Fried Egg", but not what the lyrics mean. There are translations for the various lyrics form the WarioWare series around the web, but I couldn't find any translation of this one. Anyone here who understands Japanese and could translate it? I really would like to know it. So, here are the lyrics:
UKURERE MITAINA
TABIWO SHIYO
ARUITE IKO TSUKINO
KAKERAWO HIROINAGARA
CHIZUNO KAWARINI KYANBASU
NIJINO SHIZUKUDE
(SOMEMASHO)
HINODENI MANIAUYONI
BOYAKETA TOKEIWA OITEKO
UMINI TAMEIKI TOKASHI-TE
ISHINI KOEWO KIZAMO
TSUKIWO SUPUNI UKABETARA
HYOUGARANO KUMOGA WARAU

Yay, I love WL4. Anyway, I've always wondered that too, so I hope someone can translate it.

I've been curious about this for some time myself. btw, has anyone else noticed that "The Moon's Lamppost" is actually this song being played backwards?

Nope, that's interesting though.

...Well, that's neat! (what's with those songs, anyway? Some are in the game, some aren't...)

I have no idea. According to the instruction booklet, even Wario thinks the CDs are weird.

Here's a translation from Watoad:
"Sunny-Side Up"
Let's take a trip
Like a ukulele
Let's go on foot While
Picking up moon fragments
(Let's color)
Canvas instead of a map
With drops of rainbow
Let's put up a blurred clock
So that we can make sunrise
Let's dissolve our sighs in the sea
And carve our voices in stone
When we float the moon in soup
A leopard-print cloud/spider will laugh
(Note: kumo can mean either cloud or spider.)

Deezer saves the day yet again.

Oh, thank you very much! :-)
Hm, that text sounds... interesting...

I agree, but Wario worthy.
