I wonder if the US version will be just like this, It was pretty more impressive since there was slightly some dialogue.

Ah yes, I recall seeing this. I hope they don't expect us to act like that when we're actually playing.

Why not?  How could sliding around on your butt in a huge white room not be fun?  Or are you referring to simply nudging the other player(s).  That'd be annoying.

Yes, the game will involve loads of nudging and butt-racing (http://mkvsbr.ytmnd.com/).  Not for the faint of heart.
