I've decided to make a topic that will be a "best of" type thing. I will update every friday starting next friday. I will not be making a new topic each week, I will make a post annoucing the results and what the new "Best Of..." will be.
This week's topic is Best Of Music, post what your favorite song is and if you can attach the song to your post.
-
my favorite song is:
Albuquerque by Weird Al
-
There is too much good music for there to be one favorite song for me.
-
Before Today - "The Process of Losing and Gaining"
at least at the moment.
-
if you can attach the song to your post.
You probably can't. Because it's probably illegal to do so.
-
I agree with Chupperson.
-
If I had to choose one, I'd probably choose "Dream Operator" by the Talking Heads. That song has always resonated with me.
-
Wow, this is mega tough...probably the Inspector Gadget theme song.
-
I agree with Rao and Chup. In fact, it pertains to anything as broad as music, like movies, games, TV shows, etc.. There is way too much variety to choose a favorite. Plus, even when people do pick favorites, their decisions are just relative. Very rarely does someone ever have a favorite anything for a long period of time.
-
I agree with SolidShroom, Rao and Chupperson. Not only is this kind of category so vast, but one can get pretty bored of one song.
-
from what I heard, I think I should change this topic to something else, anyone agree?
Side-Note: If you want to request a topic for a later week, don't hesitate.
-
Weirdly, my favorite song is tied between:
Pig March - Mother 3
and
Pig Tank - Mother 3.
-
Pig March - Mother 3
I was going to make a Nine Inch Nails joke, but never mind.
-
My favorite song is Do You Like Boys? by Freezepop.
-
Pretty much everything by Freezepop pwns to a large degree.
-
Probably either Paradise by the Dashboard Light (Meatloaf) or The Anthem (Good Charlotte) for me.
-
Good Charlotte

You're my new best friend :)
-
Enter Sandman which just grows more epic the longer it plays. If it was alive, it would probably rip peoples faces off at live concerts.
-
classic rock & rock are the best music
Favorite band: Queen
Favorite song: Queen-Bohemian Rhapsody
Favorite CD: Pink Floyd-The Wall
-
The Spirit of Radio - Rush

Hey, that's the only song of their's that I listen to (partially because it's been in, like, three different videogames).

More like suck their face off with it's amazing power of suck. One is so much better than Enter Sandman. In fact, One is probably the best Metallica song, even the best heavy metal song.
-
KH2-The XIII Struggle. Gotta love the dramatic pipe organ.
-
In fact, One is probably the best Metallica song,
Definitely yes.
even the best heavy metal song.
Probably not.
I've gathered my thoughts and decided that my favorite song is a three-way tie between Cochise by Audioslave, How I Could Just Kill a Man by Cypress Hill, and Aerodynamic by Daft Punk. Of course, now that I've posted this I'll later come up with another top three in half an hour.

Including Donkey Konga 2 :D
I'm not into Good Charlotte very much, though I did wear a shirt of them on friday, sort of as a joke. It's actually my gf's shirt.
-
Including Donkey Konga 2 :D
Which is how I was introduced to it (even though it sounds worse than the real version. And don't even get me started on the Elite Beat Agents one...).

Well the results for this weekare...
With 3 votes... That this topic of music is too hard to choose.___________________________________________________________________________________________
Week 2: Best of... Nintendo made games. post what your favorite game is that was made by nintendo
-
Super Mario Bros. 3
-
I vote for the original SMB
-
Once again, you choose a topic so broad that you could cover an airstrip with it.
Sidescrollin': Super Mario World or Yoshi's Island
3-D Adventurin': Ocarina of Time or Super Mario Galaxy
Role-Playin': EarthBound, then The Thousand-Year Door
Puzzlin': Tetris Attack
Multiplayin': Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Yes, this is combining many genres into one)
I can't choose just one. Every once in a while I'll have this great conflict within my head: What do I want to play?

QFT, but I think I'll go with Twilight Princess (of course).
-
SSBM because I've never played Brawl.
-
Actually, I can narrow this down very well to SMB3, SMG, A Link to the Past, and Ocarina of Time.
-
Twilight Princess, Wind Waker, and Super Mario 64.
-
Ummm... SMB3.
-
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door
The best game ever.
-
It was definitely awesome, but I think a lot of the areas were too A-to-B. I mean, it's Paper Mario, but not everything has to be flat.
