Title: is there a new wii channel ?

i've posted this on mapwii.com (as Steven9wii also) but, i need to know if there is one.

i read that there mignt be one exported from japan called Wii noma (needs translation). is this really happening?

It will be available outside of Japan, but release dates haven't been announced.
