Title: Flash/Other Animation Programs

Could anyone refer me to a simple flash-type program that is free?

All I want to be able to do is create simple animations (and possible add sound, if possible) and share them without the billions of features (and price tag) of some programs.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

ehhh... errr... actually. No, no thank you.

I thought you had found me the perfect program until, you know, I downloaded it and found out it likes to make itself unresponsive and kill itself every 15 minutes... and now my Norton Anti-Crap is buzzing and freaking out telling me that that program is crawling with nasty crap... so I deleted it.
