Title: Hidden vine in world 4-2?

In world 4-2 of Super Mario Bros where and how do you access the vine that leads u to the warp to levels 6,7,8?

Near the very beginning of the stage, and after the first set of red descending platforms, you'll notice a small row of bricks that is really high (not the ceiling bricks).  One of these bricks contains the vine.  Look for a couple of hidden coin blocks, underneath the small row of bricks, by jumping from the ground to reach it.
