Title: What is Watt?

I've been wondering what Watt is in Paper Mario.  I think she's a "Spark" from SMB2, but I could be wrong!

I think she's a "Little Sparky". Now, I don't know what a Little Sparky is, or what game it came from, but that's what Watt is.

I may be mistaken, but I think Little Sparkys are from Super Mario World.
