I figurd it out Bowzer and King Koopa are two diffrent Koopas becouse thereis a Mortin Koopa Jr. and he is in Super Mario Bros.3 and Super Mario World so Bowzer is his and the rest of the KoopaKids uncle and KingKoopa is his dad so his name is Mortin so they are different.

Kingkoopa is his dad becouse he was 1st.

I think Morton Koopa Jr.'s name is just an obscure reference, like that of most of the Koopa Kids.  He's named after Morton Downey Jr.

No No No Bowser and king koopa are the same people his name is King Bowser Koopa, koopa is  his japeneese name  OK
