I'm a big Mario Kart fan so I should know what you are talking about. However, I have no idea. "pin~o"? What? When does he say this?

Is it anything like when Mario says what sounds like "Peggo!" in "Super Mario 64?"

Its when Luigi hits another player with a shell or item.  Its really weird
