I like... well, it's a tie between the Dizzy Dial, Fire Flower, Thunder Rage, and Shooting Star.  Whoosh, BOOM!, Zap, Tinkle tinkle crash!

My second choice would be the hammer suit and the third would be the Fire Flower.
