Title: What was kirby 101's problem?

I don't often come to general chat so I don't know what happened to kirby 101. I know it has something to do with using html on titles but other than that, I know nothing. Could somebody please tell me?

He ranted on and on about Luigi being in SM64 in General Chat, and also after he promised never to post HTML in the forums, he posted those threatening messages in Genereal Mario Chat.
