Anyway, have Yoshi eat the giant pineapple on top of the building you face when starting the game, and go down that pipe. You're there.

You have to get the yoshi and go ontop of the roofs (or is that rooves?). You will see a red pipe with a pineapple clogged in it. Stand right next to it and get yoshi to eat it.
